The Queen was joined in her 1902 State Landau by the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall: Which along with HM Majesty bestowing her highest personal honour on Camilla - Dame Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order, leaves nobody in doubt that the Queen has now taken the Duchess of Cornwall into her confidence.
