Good review, After getting the white EK Nucleus with the DRGB version of these fans and seeing how they performed at around 1700 RPM as I have also tested I decided to purchase another 7 and fill out my O11 XL with these, When they perform like that at 1700 RPM why would you get the Noctuas or the Phanteks unless you've got your head in the sand or simply don't care about noise for a couple of C, These are a no brainer for the middle noise crowd 👍
Thanks for all the work and the excellent presentation. While the numbers are good, readings at a resolution of 0.1C are not at all reliable, so the separation between the fans isn't quite the same. It's still interesting to see a regular 120mm fan put up such a good fight against the T30.
It's shame they don't outperform the noctua's at max rpm. I was considering these in my Shift XT build since they came with my nucleus aio (I replaced them with the a12x25s). Seems like that tip clearance is really making the difference here.
Hello, would the Razer chroma Addressable RGB Controller work with the EK loop fans? I have ordered 6 Ek 120 fans and 2 140 fans, I would like to have them controlled... Thank you for the informative video!
I'd take the T30's any day over the EK ones. Having tried EK fans in the past, i would never get EK again. Phanteks, lian li or Noctua all day.
Be Quiet it's also good for a case fan or air cooler, just not for radiators
And the m25 phanteks?
@@VndNvwYvvSvvBQ Silent Wings 4 are pretty solid for radiators i’ve heard

I had been thinking of making my new loop with Noctuas but these seem like an excellent alternative for the price / performance
i got them, many like 11 in one case, they work good, the wiring helps a lot. and the price was alright. 😀😀

Is it possible to change lubricant on them?
There is access to the bearing under the sticker at the back?
