Looking forward to seeing your journey. Im 3 weeks in and a type 2 diabetic. Switched from keto to straight carnivore, meat, salt, water, & coffee, only. stay away from the scales your weight will fluctuate from 6 months to a yr from what I've seen from Dr Chaffee.
Make the switch to a higher grade coffee.. Organic black Coffee..! U'll maybe have to take electrolytes. I use LEMT.. (unflavored) only. Vitamin D, and iodine drops.. Dr. Berry is a great reference as well..

Eat enough during meals where you won't want to snack.. That breakfast is too small. Cut out the cheese for a while.
