- Kempinski's luxury hotel overlooking the Berchtesgaden valley in the Bavarian Alps. A tour during our stay in the Berchtesgaden Suite - views day and night, a swim in both pools, excellent breakfast, snowy mornings and sunset views in the evening, views of the Eagle's Nest atop the snowcapped mountains and a walk in the gardens. Excellent hotel.

Amazing place (and lovely video). Stayed there in June of 2023. And for us WWII European theater buffs ... fun facts: Goering's summer house was where the pond is (at helipad), Bormann's home was where the garage is.

Thanks for the video. Quite an amazing place. I do believe that one can walk down and see the ruins of the famous Berghof which I will do in August. I prefer small hotels that are really German with flower boxes with beautiful views.. it for those that like modern big hotels I expect they will prefer this.

We are looking to stay here last week of Nov/ Beginning Dec - but wonder if the weather will be not ideal during that period
At 1’33” in the video you pointed out your suite BUT you forgot to hang a towel on the rail outside to clearly mark your room’s exact location! 😊
