    Below is the Description
    This conversion is ready for full-time van living. Work remotely, live independently. Built to comfortably fit 2 adults over 6 feet tall, this van was outfitted for any weather and any season. Feel confident to explore off grid with a 33 gallon water tank, built-in water filter, 600 watts of solar, 300 amp hours of lithium battery, heated outdoor shower, propane heater and stove top, and LOTS of storage.
    The extended countertop and food prep space is a dream for cooks. The 2 burner stove top makes it feel like you’re cooking at home. The large sink and dish tray comes with a moveable faucet and great water pressure. Five sliding screened windows and MaxxAir Fan allow you to enjoy the views and keep it cool with a crossbreeze. The office desk/table can be used in two different locations with the Lagoon table mount swivel. Sliding Nature’s Head Toilet gives you easy access.
    You have complete control to shut off inverter, water pump, and propane tank from inside the living area of the van. Custom welded lowered seat bases and swivel seats opens up the back to have enough seating for friends and family. The 12 volt, 2-sided fridge/freezer is more than enough space to hold over a week’s worth of food. Underneath the bed and in the back you’ll have easy access to the vented propane locker, a 33 gallon water tank, propex heater, heated shower, full electrical system, and storage.
    The overhead cabinets, storage in the bench, and access to the garage from inside the van makes everything within reach. You’ll have more than enough storage with the 500 lb locking pull-out tray that fully extends and comes with storage bins. We chose Marmoleum for the floors-a natural linoleum, bio-based flooring that is highly durable, non-toxic, anti-microbial and easy to maintain. All the cabinets are painted with indoor/outdoor Behr paint to withstand any temperature changes.
    Every window has a custom-made, insulated cover with magnetic attachment. Sliding door and back door have custom-made mosquito nets. Bonus front, back and side black-out curtains and heavy-duty insulated covers for winter travels. Get the best view of your destinations on the rooftop deck.

    EXCELLENT! My only cringe point was toilet below food prep and wood cutting board. I would move the toilet. the old saying..." You don't S**T where you eat." Best of luck and Happy Trails.

    The storage area next to the trash can is perfect for a pop-up shower.

    Very nice. For a 3500 I would prefer to have a separate bathroom (shower & toilet). Otherwise, you still did an amazing job.

      Also you have to empty your going to have to pull it up and back more into the van and then close the drawer then go out of the van. Just asking for an accident. I’m clumsy so I’d make a mess sooner or later.

    Nice sink, but a sink next to the bed makes for wet bedding, splashing, rinsing large things, etc. Otherwise, nice.

    I’ve been living in my 6x14 enclosed and I though the same I need a shower and toilet. After 2 months I have a pee bottle and a luggable Lou for emergency. Like they say there’s a bathroom everywhere and I have a planet fitness membership. I’ll add the ability to shower out side at a later date.

    Nice! Being 6’2” I would have appreciated a better demonstration for the comfort level of the bed size. You mentioned 6’4” from front to back waving your arm over the bed. Hoping to see a build with a 6’6” bed size with actual demonstration video. Thanks for sharing.

    Life is better in a Sprinter.. Dodge not so Reliable.

    • @Ben-mk5it
      @Ben-mk5it Рік тому +2

      Almost all the current large van offerings have the same reliability assuming the maintenance is completed on time. If the van is in the US then this maintenance will be significantly less on a Ford or a Dodge. Iv lived in a Transit 350 for 3 years and can tell you that sprinter owners usually put off maintenance either because of a lack of mechanics willing to work on it or the significant increase in costs of parts.
