I've built 9 promaster van conversions in the last couple years and I honestly have to say I'm very impressed! They definitely thought it out to make living on the road comfortable in every scenario. Awesome job guys!
Of course! Love both of your personalities too! Keep it up and safe travels! If you ever make it back towards eastern oregon let me know! I would love to meet you guys and see the van!
This is quite possibly my favorite nomad / vanlife build I've seen. So many builds I've looked at seem for "show" rather than actual long-term living, but the way y'all maxed out the storage, thought and planned for details like the freezer-fridge storage (heck, the whole kitchen), the shower, that amazing 6/1 dinette couch, the charging station, and everything else for the nitty-gritty of actual life just amazes me. How y'all were able to fit an entire apartment into your van without making it feel cramped is pure sorcery. This is a beautiful build. I agree with the others that y'all should look into commissions or something.
Thank you for the kind words! We spent months and months planning out this build. Please stay tuned for our VanBuild layout for sale on our website. We’ve had a few delays n this but we’re expecting to finally release this before 2023. ❤️
After watching so many van videos i didn't think i could be surprised by anything anymore, i was wrong, this is hands down the most ingenious van-build i've seen so far
That 6-in-1 table is my favorite: 1. dining table 2. office table 3. vanity table 4. a couch 5. a bed 6. storage **And also the wiring and breaker below the bed.. and the kitchen set. P.S: your van is my favorite of all i've watched😊❤
This must be the most enjoyable van build I've ever watched! You two are so good in front of the camera, and appear to be having a wonderful time together! Your respect for ir each other, and the details of special spaces for each other, is fantastic! I'm subscribing so i can get some of those good vibes going too!

Love the van and video! Especially the compact kitchen with the cutting board and dish dryer, saved a screeenshot for future builds! One safety tip; Here in Holland they recommend hanging a Carbon monoxide meter on 'breathing height'. By the time it goes off at the ceiling you are probably already passed out when you sleep. Might be good to look into for safety, also regards placement next to doors etc. Enjoy your travels!

This Baby is remarkably thought out and excellently built for every possible convienience. She is a dream! Not a lot of room inside but, everything has its own place. She's a beaut! 👍🏻❤
(Brian) Thanks Lauren! Ya know.....I've been thinking about that a lot lately. It's definitely quite possible my next chapter in life is starting a van-build company in the Pacific Northwest....:)
I am blown away by your van. The details addressing functionality issues are simply top notch. Every nook and cranny is taken into account. You have a place for everything, even if at first glance it’s not noticeable. That’s the beauty of your thinking - aesthetics. The amazing thing is how it really feels and looks like a home. Not a living space, but a HOME. 💕
You have definitely created one of the more cozy van conversations I have ever seen and I have watched hundreds of videos like this. If I was younger, not disabled, and didn’t have the ridiculous number of crazy health issues I would have loved converting a van into a camper/ mobile tiny home. I grew up camping each summer and loved exploring new states and places in the mountains on the east coast and cross country. I don’t know how my parents did it with 5 children and later 7 children and a dog. Plus there was usually at least one child in cloth diapers. Dad converted a boat refrigerator to work off a huge battery in the back of the large Dodge van and later the Chevrolet Suburban along with a large wooden box he built to store everything needed to prepare any meal and more. Great memories.
I feel the same. I want this life style so bad but...I'm disabled and raising my granddaughter, she said she'd love to do this too but...so many things. Hopefully when she's a young adult this can be her dream ❤️
I'm a van life wannabe and watch van build videos all the time. Yours is one of the very best I've seen. Your van has everything a house has and more. Congratulations on building this incredible build!
I’m a van life wannabe too. How do I get started? I will most likely go solo. I like all the details this van build includes and off grid features as well. Any suggestions?
@@n2know I would go read some blogs on how to find the right van and on how to design a layout I've seen quite a few and they were quite informative on the benefits and disadvantages of diffrent builds and features. there are also companies that build vans that people live in. i would definitely recommend using sketchup once you have a van type you want to use to plan your build. I would also recommend you plan your build before buying a van that way you know it will work for you.
I've just bought a UK version of this van and was scratching my head about how to make a 3 berth with a fixed bathroom. You've just solved it so many thanks indeed ;)
I've watched so many builds for vans, skoolies and tiny homes for at least 5 years. This is definitely my number 1 that I've ever watched. I would hire them to build one exactly like it for me.
THANK YOU for having real plants in your van! I am so tired of seeing people decorate their vans with fake plants. It’s soo tacky. 😣 I love all your little air plants and herbs. Your space is well organized, and cozy.
Thanks for all your asks awesome people! Our VAN BUILD COST VIDEO will be released this upcoming Sunday and we'll go over the exact expenses of each part of the build (electric, solar, etc) so you can get a realistic view of what you could potentially budget into your own build. See you on Sunday!
Carbon monoxide detectors need to be mounted low, like head height when you are in bed. Twice the alarm saved my life. Stayed a few days after to detox body, one effect of even mild exposure is slowed reflexes.
@@meman6964 I seriously appreciate your concern about our placement. However, we don’t have anything that would create carbon monoxide while sleeping. I found info on www.epa.gov regarding this topic. “Because carbon monoxide is slightly lighter than air and also because it may be found with warm, rising air, detectors should be placed on a wall about 5 feet above the floor. The detector may be placed on the ceiling. Do not place the detector right next to or over a fireplace or flame-producing appliance.”

One of the best and most functional camper van i’ve ever seen. I love the vanity table, the stove stored inside the drawer and the bed nook that has a lot of storage.
This is my all time favorite van design. So often either a bathroom or kitchen area is omitted but I love how you made both work and made the whole space homey and efficient
I am overwhelmed. When I was a child in the 50's and 60's my father built two types of campers and a cabin cruiser for the lake. We camped all across the U.S. The cabin cruiser was for the lake close to our hometown. Later we cleared land and built a cabin outside a national forest. The children in our old neighborhood were always filled with wonder watching him built these things in our yard or garage. Later they attended his funeral and talked about the many things they learned from the man at 1117. The cabin was so secluded it could not be reached by the roads. Just had to know the trees to drive through. After about 5 years we had to give it up as bank robbers and such would hold out from the law when we weren't there and stole our belongings. Good luck to you and keep thinking up more covey holes.
Probably the most “note” I’ve taken from a single video. And this is definitely a MUST watch van build video for anyone who wants to build a van! Nice job guys!
Omg the build is amazing ❤ i watch so many expansion videos in the last years, and i must say this ist the first one which has everything you need and still looks incredibly comfortable ✨
Oh my goodness. Your van rocks. Love the vanity/jewelry box. So many useful, well thought-out niches. Your van is a true home, not just a place for hauling gear. Enjoy your travels. :)
This is literally every I could ever want in a van home!!!! I love that you guys have a shower AND a toilet. the vanity is perfect and the fact that ya'll have a couch that is not your bed is also wonderful ❤️
This is one of the most well thought out van builds I’ve seen with regards to use of space and function. I love the layout with the multi function table/work station/vanity/couch/guest bed. Amazing and beautiful!
What a great conversion! And what a simply brilliant idea to use your cushions for clothes storage! Fabulous! On the scary side though, I sure wouldn't be using that butane burner so close to that curtain - maybe make a chopping block to fit the drawer and place on that side to act as a shield when you're cooking. Love to you both from Oz - what a happy couple!
You've thought of all these things to make your home safe and comfortable. Thanks for taking the time to go through all the electronic and electrical systems. . Love the shower curtain and window curtains. Gosh its amazing!!
I just started watching van conversion videos and just when I was ready to give up on the idea I saw your video that actually includes a well thought out bathroom. I was surprised to see so many without a complete bathroom (toilet for #1 and 2 and a shower.) So thank you for showing what you did. I don’t mind losing some space. Can’t imagine using public or campground restrooms or a gym whenever we have to do our business.
I’ve been watching a lot of van life videos for a while and let me tell you that your van is the most convenient, well taught, detailed & smart way of living in a van. My fave is the vanity/ben/couch/cabinet etc and the clothes in pillow. I remember my mom will put some clothes in a ‘ottoman’ to use or like the bean couch, the arab style, to use as a floor seat. Props to you guys
@@vanhallaadventures thank you for the awesome van! As my gift to you, watch Torah and Science, rabbi Yossef Mizrachi. It is an eye opener you would never begin to imagine.
My eyes spy a fellow mother nature goddess, I could sense it ... then I knew for sure when seeing the cards, and jewelry cupboard. Heading to your channel to subscribe! Oh, brilliant van build ... best I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen a lot!
After a failed van Reno, I took on a vintage caravan and am often still watching van tours because they're close in size to my caravan tow-behind! This video, ESPECIALLY the convertible seat/workstation/bed, is EXACTLY what I'm looking to do!! 😍🙌
You guys are the sweetest couple. I was smiling the whole time. I love the name of your van, and the pillow clothes idea is genius! The best part is I love the layout of ur kitchen counter sink area 👍🏻✨☺️ cosy
I can’t believe I haven’t seen this sooner but I really wanna start living in a van and I am most definitely using this as a base, it seems like a miniature house and it’s so perfect, but definitely changing a few things for my pets
OMG, so many features that I would want to have in my van-of-the-future! I'm certainly taking notes!! I like the plant trough, the herbal focus, the same type of refrigerator, the webasto heater, the large gray tank, the wood and tile features, the nature's head, the extra water filters and more. I would have a smaller bed and change where the potty is. Mine wouldn't be an exact duplicate, but your van gives me a good idea to work from. Also, I don't think that I'd do the build myself, so I haven't gotten that part figured out yet.
One of the best van life videos I have seen, love the humor between the couple, loved every inch of the space, like the other bed, makeup area, kitchen and shower. Great job guys. 👏👏👏
I just LOVE this van!!! I would love this van...the layout, colors, tons of storage; everything so well thought out. Including the sweet nook in the shower 👍🏼And you guys are so cool together 😉
It's funny because I was checking comments before writing my own and absolutely everyone is saying how this is the best Van conversion they've seen and that's exactly what I was going to say. Every conversion I've seen doesn't truly convince me when it comes to distribution and practicality, but this one seems to have everything. From the bathroom-shower, to the table AND a place to sit, that on top of that doubles as a bed AND sofa. The storage for clothes and other stuff seems perfect AND you still have more room under the bed. This was beautiful.
So far I think this is the best conversion into a lovely van home that I've ever seen, all of it from their amazing esthetic tastes, to the curtains made by an aunt and her friend making the exquisite Bali shower curtain, I love their home! I am amazed at what you have both created, I would live in this van in a minute. The genius of stuffing clothing/items into pillows, the laundry hidden compartment, all of the unique little shelving spots for books and keepsakes....the wood....oh I love wood, the whole set up is brilliant, I'm curious as to the cost with the perfect electrical components. Good Job!
Epic, subscription worthy music!!!! Awesome build!! Chocked full of fantastic ideas!!! 3 n 1 bed, sofa, nook! Laundry shoot, veggie trough, shower mixer! Brian's 70's nifty cup holder & his enthusiasm over his "teenichy" pinch of a book was hilarious!! Good sport! Saving this one for the archives!!
Hands down yours is the best van conversion I've seen and I spend a good deal of time checking out van/bus conversions on UA-cam. I'm amazed at how you so efficiently use every nook and cranny, every spare space for something useful. The kitchen with the subway tile is lovely and I love the pull out refrigerator, cabinet spaces and air extracter ceiling fan. The work table/vanity/extra bed is ingenious, the lap top holder/charger area is awesome. I love the wood as it gives the van a warm feel. You even fitted a nice bathroom and composting toilet in the van. Your bed area is also spacious. Oh, and did I say that I love how you created an area to hold all of those baskets?
You guys definitely have made an outstanding conversion. Its amazing that you can feel cozy, homy and above all be happy where ever you are! Lots of blessings😇

I've built 9 promaster van conversions in the last couple years and I honestly have to say I'm very impressed! They definitely thought it out to make living on the road comfortable in every scenario. Awesome job guys!
Wow thanks! Coming from an experienced van builder this means a lot!
Thanks for watching!
Of course! Love both of your personalities too! Keep it up and safe travels! If you ever make it back towards eastern oregon let me know! I would love to meet you guys and see the van!
Wow . Awesome job guys . This is a beautiful , functional setup in every way . ♥️💯
Please help me find your website for the purchase of the layout. I loved everything about your van thank you so much for sharing.
Wait!!! This isn't a van, it's a home on wheels. This is amazing. Love it. Wow.
That workstation, dining table, bed, lounge set up you’ve got going on there is ingenious!
After watching so many van videos i didn't think i could be surprised by anything anymore, i was wrong, this is hands down the most ingenious van-build i've seen so far
(Brian) Thanks Amelie! If you like this van yer going to love our next one. 😊
But that’s not happening for a while.
Thanks for watching! ✌🏻
Sell me this one please when you upgrade...WOW id be thrilled!!!!! Stay safe!!! Peace and Love
love the table, couch, bed, make up mirror, super cool
Thanks! It’s definitely been nice to have some options and a space we can each go to chill :)
Me too!!
that was my favorite
@@vanhallaadventures I'm catching up on your videos and so far I love every single one of them 😍🙏🏼
That nook is giving men’s “body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste shaving cream, mayo, hair jell, beard tamer, etc.” a run for its money
Hands down the best, most practical, tip filled van build video I’ve ever watched. Thanks y’all. And you both seem so sweet! 🫶🏽
Wow, thank you!
the pillow idea for storage is something i haven't seen anyone do
That 6-in-1 table is my favorite:
1. dining table
2. office table
3. vanity table
4. a couch
5. a bed
6. storage
**And also the wiring and breaker below the bed.. and the kitchen set.
P.S: your van is my favorite of all i've watched😊❤
No wonder it took you 9 months for the conversion. You thought of everything!!!!👍
This must be the most enjoyable van build I've ever watched! You two are so good in front of the camera, and appear to be having a wonderful time together! Your respect for ir each other, and the details of special spaces for each other, is fantastic! I'm subscribing so i can get some of those good vibes going too!
Hey thanks for watching!
🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
We are totally floored by the sweet compliments - thank you all so much! Brian and I are doing our best to respond to everyone this week. We've been listening to your questions and comments and will be making some more videos this month about #realvanlife, the cost of the build, and what we change about our build/layout now that we've been living in it for awhile. Be sure to subscribe to get alerts when we post :) MUCH LOVE YT FAM!
Man...!!!!!there is nothing not here in this van...this van literally has everything you need in this world to live in....Oh my sweet gosh...This is an amazing build guys..Your ideas to the build is priceless....Honestly never seen anything like this before....You two make a great couple...Hats off to you both..no more words in store to express..inspiring people.. Safe travelling..Bon Voyage..God bless you 🙏❤love from 🇮🇳India

This Baby is remarkably thought out and excellently built for every possible convienience. She is a dream! Not a lot of room inside but, everything has its own place. She's a beaut! 👍🏻❤
Thank you and thanks for watching!
What I love about this van is how much though was put into actually using it. It's so much more functional and lived in than any other van I've seen
This is the most gorgeous and practical van EVER! You guys should totally get in the custom van design/build business!!!!
(Brian) Thanks Lauren! Ya know.....I've been thinking about that a lot lately. It's definitely quite possible my next chapter in life is starting a van-build company in the Pacific Northwest....:)
vanhalla adventures™ girl I’ll fly out to buy a van! Can’t wait to keep up with all of your adventures!!! ❤️
@@LaurenOrion (brian) haha well I’ll let ya know when the time comes. ✌🏻
Omg, that’s the most functional and comfortable van I’ve ever seen on UA-cam. Really great job 👏
Of all the van life tour have seen, this is the most organised and decent house tour. ❤️
Hey thanks so much Reema!
Oh that three in one couch is just pure genius. Really loved what you guys did
I have seen several van conversions but yours is the most comfortable, functional and complete. Congratulations
I've just bought a UK version of this van and was scratching my head about how to make a 3 berth with a fixed bathroom. You've just solved it so many thanks indeed ;)
Hey congrats on your van and glad we could help. Thanks for watching!
I've watched so many builds for vans, skoolies and tiny homes for at least 5 years. This is definitely my number 1 that I've ever watched. I would hire them to build one exactly like it for me.
Thank you! Let me know when you want us to start. ✌🏻
You guys built your van out with such ingenuity!! I have seen so many van builds through the years! Yours’ is by far the best I have seen thus far!
Thank you!
Can’t wait. This is one of the BEST EVER builds and can’t wait to see the budget. Have an idea but let’s see. You two are awesome.
What is the weight on your vehicle prior to buildout and after?
@@brickadoodle before/empty 5,200lbs after 9,400lbs with us both in the van
You guys are effing hilarious!😂 I have been a UA-cam van life/build junkie for several years. Your build is one of the best I have ever seen. Bravo you have a new subscriber I can’t wait to go along on the ride.
Thank you! We appreciate your support.
This is my favorite build so far. I love the vanity and table combo. I would have never thought of that. Thank you for sharing your build with us. Love it
I don’t comment often but THIS is the best van build/tour I’ve ever seen. You’ve thought of just about everything and really made it your home. Very roomy and functional :) also you two seem like such a sweet amazing and genuine couple! New sub right here

This made me actually laugh out loud 😂😂😂😂
This is the most fun I have had watching any van tour ever. You guys have this infectious joy radiating off of you. And storing clothes inside pillows is just genius.
I have been binge watching a TON of van life videos and decided to stop when I would find my dream van, and well I FINALLY found it !! You did such a good job on this design, you seriously thought of everything 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Wow thanks! ❤️
I have watched thousands of Van builds. And i must say these guys put so much thought and detail into everything they touch here. I love it❤

One of the best and most functional camper van i’ve ever seen. I love the vanity table, the stove stored inside the drawer and the bed nook that has a lot of storage.
Thank you! We put a lot of time and effort planning that are. So thanks!
This is my all time favorite van design. So often either a bathroom or kitchen area is omitted but I love how you made both work and made the whole space homey and efficient
Yes, this is so great. I've been collecting information for a year or better and this just has everything. Best build ❤️
You have to be the most organized ppl I’ve ever seen living in their van. Kudos to u guys👍🏻
Thanks for your support 🙌
Omg the build is amazing ❤ i watch so many expansion videos in the last years, and i must say this ist the first one which has everything you need and still looks incredibly comfortable ✨
Oh my goodness. Your van rocks. Love the vanity/jewelry box. So many useful, well thought-out niches. Your van is a true home, not just a place for hauling gear. Enjoy your travels. :)
Being grateful is the best virtue.
Holy shit the pillow storage is epic
I love the vanity in the table idea wow!
This van is so crazy well done and unique. I have seen like every van build on this damn platform and this is amazing

OMG. You guys have done a WONDERFUL job on this van. It’s the best I’ve EVER seen. It’s tidy Everything is just sooo ….. Just wonderful!!
We use the stove top on the counter next to the tiled wall.
Thanks for watching!
@@vanhallaadventures 10:25 the confusion might come from when she says they keep burner in the drawer when they cook 🤦♀️🤷♀️
You've thought of all these things to make your home safe and comfortable. Thanks for taking the time to go through all the electronic and electrical systems. . Love the shower curtain and window curtains. Gosh its amazing!!
Thanks Rebecca!
goodness, this is the best kitchen layout ive seen, looks so cozy and big and actually practical !

Prettiest nicest witch I've ever encountered. Love your van and lifestyle it affords you. Just wish I had a van like that.
I love this difference between her side of the bed and his, it made me literally lol😂
After a failed van Reno, I took on a vintage caravan and am often still watching van tours because they're close in size to my caravan tow-behind! This video, ESPECIALLY the convertible seat/workstation/bed, is EXACTLY what I'm looking to do!! 😍🙌
Love the idea for the laundry chute and lining that so it’s waterproof that’s genius.
This is one the best van build videos I've ever seen. A lot of unique things you guys have done. Two thumbs 👍 👍 up for creativity and genius.

@@goth_dude6874 no but she’s my sister. 🙀
Just what I was thinking also... The "pillow-multi-purpose" idea was an eye opener for sure. 😊
And the design of their "Whale", is very unique.
I can’t believe I haven’t seen this sooner but I really wanna start living in a van and I am most definitely using this as a base, it seems like a miniature house and it’s so perfect, but definitely changing a few things for my pets
The most comprehensive build I've seen to date.
Thank you!
I HAVE WATCHED THOUSANDS OF VIDEOS OF VANS etc but this is for sure my most favourite well done guys
Thank you Tisha!
This has to be one of the best conversions I've seen. A great use of space and nice and cosy.
I just LOVE this van!!! I would love this van...the layout, colors, tons of storage; everything so well thought out. Including the sweet nook in the shower 👍🏼And you guys are so cool together 😉
So kind, thank you! 😊
That make up table and idea is ingenious!!!
Thank you! I LOVE IT! It’s so nice to have a dedicated space to get ready :)
Wow! Love your layout and storage. The fruit and herb trough was genius.
Thank you and thanks for watching!
Good Job!
