Smashed Burger Taco? | The Smokin' Hen House near Yuma, AZ

You'd never believe you could find a place to eat in the middle of nowhere, Arizona, but this gem of a diner is situated in the beautiful Hidden Shores Resort near Yuma. While staying at the military campground of Yuma Proving Ground, we ventured over to the resort and tried a couple of unique items from their menu: A Brahma Burger and Smashed Burger Tacos. If you can't make it to their restaurant at this location, look for their food trucks around the Yuma area.
We are on a permanent road trip with the goal of eating food all over the country and bringing reviews to you. Come along with us as we sample new cuisine and try many local and regional corporate restaurants along the way.

We were not expecting that
