I had to tell a narcissist that not everyone buys their story. They think you believe their "story" and will do what they want. Then watch in horror as they do the same crap over and over and see the same reaction from other free thinking people.
Keeping with the flower analogy, narcissists know that your blooming doesn't prevent their blooming. But their mindset is that their blooming won't be as beautiful or appreciated by comparison if everyone else blooms, too. It's a combination scarcity + competition mindset.
Today im 12 days no contact with the scum bag. The first 3 days I cried. But, then I started learning about narc's. It helped me tremendously. Now, I'm waking up completely free. No longer stressed out. I look healthier as well. Thanks for your channel!!

Guarantee you, narcs are the EPITOME of that. Mine hated me because I had nice clothing and good teeth (among a multitude of other things.) Basically, they despise you for the very characteristics they are lacking due to ignoring the voice if their Spirit, (the true Self;) and feeding their insatiable, insane ego.

You know this stuff really well. It is as if you are telling me what goes on with my life everyday with my narc. This scarcity theory explains NPD - they live in survival mode, they don't behave like that because they are set to destroy, their aim is to achieve what they want, you are an unfortunate casualty but never their aim, you don't matter for them (it is like you don't exist for them). Scarcity of love, money, prestige frightens them. They could have all the things that many can't imagine let alone having, but that's never enough. I did everything I could for my narc, but it never was good enough. I never arose to the level she projected that I should be; I raised the bar of what I could do for her, but she raised her goal that I should achieve for her even higher - It was a lost game from the beginning. In efforts to please her I forgot myself, but then I got blamed for not making more (or achieving more for myself - the problem is that if I set my goal to achieve something for myself, she would not hear my plan to the end, she would propose her own goal that I had to achieve for her, now, not after I complete mine. It is a dizzying vortex that would drown anyone. Nobody can outsmart a narc, they will win even fi they lose, because upon their loss they will make you pay dearly in a way or another. Thank you

What I found baffling is that what you say is absolutely true, but at the same time they did acquire for themselves but get the most satisfaction of making you believe you Can’t have it. I can’t see enough blooming, but when you tell one of these people that you’re super excited about something or feel a natural flow when things go right and you don’t think about it, they say the most vicious things to make you doubt yourself and the bottom line I think is, that they want you to fear their retaliation if you just are doing what makes you happy and makes you you. I did get smarter and stronger about this, but there are people creeping under your skin disguised as friends and you can feel the nastiness come out when you flow. It’s vile. I don’t understand it, but don’t stand for making it bow me down either. In the end I most often still ‘succeeded’ (and on some points still getting there) even though it is not even about success but just enjoyment of life. I hate this behaviour so much and think it’s good that people talk about this. Let people just be. Gosh.

It was worth all the money and time I Put in to it. I broke the pinata blindfolded by using the force. Gratitude comes from Grace. When someone asks," who do you think I am?" Make sure one of your answers is... "Rumpelstiltskin!"
So it's much more beneficial to ones soul and healthy mindset, to not giving attention to anyone who vibrates negative emotions. Good vibes attracts good vibes. So stop thinking what is considered narcissistic, and get on with your lives 💛

I am in the flow with you. Your words took me to an incident that, quite frankly, happened a lot when I was a young mother and married to the ex (narc). Our grammar school aged daughter would ask him for some of his potato chips. It would be one of those really large bags. He hated to share anything, but noticing that I was watching, he would close his hand around the top of the bag so that she could only pull out a couple of chips. After that, he wouldn't allow her to have any more, saying something like, "you ate already." Her outage was so great that I'd have to take her to the store for chips or whatever. He would then complain that I ALWAYS (his favorite word when speaking of me on any issue) wasted money. Any money that any of us spent was the money I worked for my entire married life -- before and beyond. I held the steady job, so leaving was a mental challenge not a financial one. Once I found myself again, I was gone and never looked back. Life is good.
I am in the flow. I worked hard to set up working a project with a guy. Then realized he was a narcissist. He tricked me for over 1.5 yrs. How I noticed was when we were around others he was NOTHING like when we were attempting to accomplish basic tasks just the 2 of us. WOW, temper tantrums and me telling him to leave so I can actually get it done. I decided to just clear all my stuff out and never speak to him again. I did. I now am learning on how to best spot these supply suckers before I include them in my success. I enjoy your positive success coach attitude style. I needed to hear this, i grew up with a father that never really concerned himself with responsibility, he could have worked more but wanted his time off so we lived on beans in the winter. it made me feel like everything is going to fail and having it hard is just the normal way of things.

I am feeling that flow. Omgosh so out of the 13 year norm. Prior, though, I think I naturally thought that way. I mean life sucked but I was ok and strived higher than what I was given. I think it was “hopes and dreams”? 😁🥰 I think I took the “become one” in marriage maybe too literal.
They do not believe that anything can be "non-subtractive" which is a dead giveaway. If I smile at you, and you smile back, we both won, but to a narcissist, they want to smile while you are struggling because they are "ahead". That selfishness, that inability to understand that there's a lot to enjoy when you give someone a smile, that's their curse, it's like they're vampires.
Louise Hay, a life coach would help people by having them change their thinking and belief systems. She said she grew up as an abused child, but became free of her negative background and became a successful happy woman, by changing her own thoughts and beliefs. She was in the flow.

Just trying to take and get from other people and use people but in the end you will end up with nothing of your own or have nothing. It's pitiful. She thinks she is doing something with this behavior and she's just hurting her own self. I said to myself. It's like she's stuck in that mode and she doesn't mind or see it nor does she care. I am in the flow with you. Your words took me to an incident that, quite frankly, happened a lot when I was a young mother and married to the ex (narc). Our grammar school aged daughter would ask him for some of his potato chips. It would be one of those really large bags. He hated to share anything, but noticing that I was watching, he would close his hand around the top of the bag so that she could only pull out a couple of chips. After that, he wouldn't allow her to have any more, saying something like, "you ate already." Her outage was so great that I'd have to take her to the store for chips or whatever. He would then complain that I ALWAYS (his favorite word when speaking of me on any issue) wasted money. Any money that any of us spent was the money I worked for my entire married life -- before and beyond. I held the steady job, so leaving was a mental challenge not a financial one. Once I found myself again, I was gone and never looked back. Life is good.

I am in the flow. I worked hard to set up working a project with a guy. Then realized he was a narcissist. He tricked me for over 1.5 yrs. How I noticed was when we were around others he was NOTHING like when we were attempting to accomplish basic tasks just the 2 of us. WOW, temper tantrums and me telling him to leave so I can actually get it done. I decided to just clear all my stuff out and never speak to him again. I did. I now am learning on how to best spot these supply suckers before I include them in my success.
I enjoy your positive success coach attitude style. Also, I will use your techniques of communicating and negotiating.

Thanks a million for these videos, I like the feel of empowerment I get. After dealing with ex narc and everything is about them and they are superior until something goes wrong then it becomes your fault. In my experience of ex narc looking back, I let him drain my life force and convince me I'm insane. It worked until I realised what narcissism is, now am trying to build myself up and try to be the person I want to be.

I needed to hear this, i grew up with a father that never really concerned himself with responsibility, he could have worked more but wanted his time off so we lived on beans in the winter. it made me feel like everything is going to fail and having it hard is just the normal way of things.

I'm Tracy. US my x husband was horrible. My husband now,just celebrated our 24th anniversary. In 1998 I just woke up sick. 4 mths after we get married. 24 yrs in feb I woke up to a nightmare. I've been 90% bedridden for the most part really messed up. Neglected from the medical field. They're finally finding chronic lyme disease, myalgic encephalomyelitis, lupus. Prior, though, I think I naturally thought that way. I mean life sucked but I was ok and strived higher than what I was given. I think it was “hopes and dreams”? 😁🥰
I think I took the “become one” in marriage maybe too literal.
They do not believe that anything can be "non-subtractive" which is a dead giveaway. If I smile at you, and you smile back, we both won, but to a narcissist, they want to smile while you are struggling because they are "ahead". That selfishness, that inability to understand that there's a lot to enjoy when you give someone a smile, that's their curse, it's like they're vampires.
Louise Hay, a life coach would help people by having them change their thinking and belief systems. She said she grew up as an abused child, but became free of her negative background and became a successful happy woman, by changing her own thoughts and beliefs. She was in the flow.
People with abundance mentality are also happier and more successful in dating.

Yes. I agree 💯. love your show and your valuable information too. One person in the comments said the Narcissist do the same crap over and over. I have witnessed this and it is unbelievablelly Crazy. It makes me very angry to the point of which I told a family member that oh so you are starting all over again to ng backwards repeating the same things over and over in life again While you are going band getting nowhere. Just trying to take and get from other people and use people but in the end you will end up with nothing of your own or have nothing. It's pitiful. She thinks she is doing something with this behavior and she's just hurting her own self. I said to myself. She is going to look up and she will be 40 or 90 years old with nothing and repeating the same things over and over. It's like she's stuck in that mode and she doesn't mind or see it nor does she care. I just don't say anything anymore because she is still going to do the same things also the same lies over and over and forgets that she told that one before.
Oh they definitely think about it. They want to make themselves look good, on top and you, on the bottom!
