I actually loved this movie more than the first when I was a kid. Then I learned Japanese and actually lived in Japan for a while... Wow this movie is hard to watch now... I don't think any character, except for maybe Kumiko, is actually Japanese or has ever spoken to an actual Japanese person. The pronunciations are painful to listen to. AN NO ONE TALKS ABOUT "HONOUR"!

You should've watched all of the movies first. Including The Next Karate Kid. The show creators have said that movie is canon.

Little fun fact there's a brand new Karate Kid movie being worked on right now and it's going to connect the 2012 Karate Kid and the originals and both Jackie Chan and Ralph Macchio are going to be in it and they're helping make it and Jackie is supposed to be his character from the 2012 Karate Kid and Ralph Macchio is going to be Daniel again but for some reason according to the head creators somehow it isn't going to be connected to the Cobra Kai series
