i’m really thankful for the end of this video. i’ve been going through a terrible breakup, and in the midst of my soul crushing heartbreak, I got really really sick. I couldn’t keep a single ounce of food down. i’ve lost a ton of weight. I haven’t been able to eat for a month. slowly starting to be able to eat one decent size thing a day without feeling like i’m gonna throw it up. my heart is hurting really bad. this is the hardest thing I have ever been through. picking up the pieces and starting all over again, all alone. I hope one day I’ll be ok. all I can see right now is darkness. but the ending of this video gave me just a glimpse of hope, and in times like this, it means everything to me. thank you Dan. pray for me

As a current owner of a truck with torsion bars the torsion keys don't effect alignment. Strictly effects ride height in the front.

My advice for you is to pick a time to go to sleep and pick a time to wake up. Adhere to it for a week if you have trouble sticking to it ask the people around you to make you. After a week it becomes much easier. It’s easier to come up with a general plan for the day when you know exactly when you’re gonna start and exactly when you’re gonna stop. And if you fuck it up don’t stress out about it.

Hey Dan, fun fact. I get up @ 4:30 to build helicopters which is fun and all. The main thing I found out to motivate me to deal with a schedule is when the alarm goes off, tell yourself this, that this is your day, and to get a shower. Once the shower is done your awake. Easier said than done. But if you make yourself shower early you will be some much more happy you did it. It doesn't have to be @ 4:30 lol only when your alarm goes off. Try it and thank me later.

Dan, one thing I do that helps me get through being overwhelmed and not feeling accomplished, is to make a list. Crazy I know. But really. Before you get to work just jot down a handful of things before you start working, pick the priorities, then slowly cross them out. You have a list on the whiteboard for the ambulance, why not daily lists? Just my two cents. Keep up the good work
