I've only just discovered Marcus King. Bloody hell he's good. The band is incredible too.
OMG 23:20 is just absolute class when they pull it back. That's a band y'all.
HOW can anyone give this a thumb down? seriously. Some of the best playing I have heard in a LOOONG time.
Just utterly phenominal. Every live video of these guys simultaneously blows my mind & restores my faith in rock n roll.
I'm a long time Govt Mule fan & they've always been the southern rock/blues benchmark for me... But this young man is on some kinda unicorn level. Spread the word - Pop must Die! Long live The King!
I did not know that Janis and Jimi got a baby boy. And he turned out to be a real King!!! Just love what he and his knights does to my heart and ears!
Probably one of my new favorites, Him, Greta Van Fleet, and Billy Strings are bringing guitar back into the spot light, in a familiar but fresh way and I'm proud to be of the same generation.
Back in lockdown AGAIN and these amazing men are warming my soul on this chilly rainy day while I dance in my seat while I work. I cannot get enough of this band.
The last time I saw someone playing a Gibson like that his name was Alvin Lee....who would be proud of Marcus I am sure.
Alvin was great! Not many people mention him but man was he talented
Marcus King is a genius.
His drummer is incredible.
The whole band is very good.
Thanks a lot.
I'm gonna see them in october in Madrid. I feel lucky.
Agreed. Enjoy the show in October. I just him last week. INCREDIBLE!!!
