    I just bought EZ Keys today and was a little confused about how to do certain task, but now I know I need to get a mouse for my MacBook Pro. I tried a few of these tasks you did in the video and could not for the life of me get them accomplished with the track pad mouse. Thank you so much for making this video, my friend!

    Thank you so much for this review. it was veyr helpful. i have 2 questions if you can be so kind as to answer (if you can). 1 -If I export a song I make (in MIDI format) can I thien import it into any DAW and put my won sounds to it instead of relying on the sounds from EZKeys? This way I can get a nice organ sound instead of buying the organ add-on. 2 - I dont know music theory nor do i really care (at this present time) to learn it. i just want some chords for my DAW to accompany my guitar. Can I just drag and drop chords I made from EZKeys into my DAW? I notice that if i try to make a chord block longer, or mess with patterns, it keeps adding it's own chord changes (assuming that is part of the music theory.

      Yes. You can export midi from EZ Keys to any virtual instrument. Also, most DAW allows you to record virtual instruments like EZ Keys. Check out the "midi out" in EZ Keys.

    Exactly how do you record directly into EZKeys

      Hi, EZkeys have a record button if you wanna record straight into the standalone application. You can then export that as audio or MIDI.

      You don't really need to. He's adding a step that you can avoid but just putting your chord progression directly into ezkeys first, and not start with your daw.

    Is it me or does this idea sound like Adele?

      It sounds like 90% of all modern pop. It's the same chord progression all the hits uses :P

      @arthurmee 5 років тому +2

      It sounds very generic. So much modern pop is based on this kind of progression and style.

      Yep. It sounds like I-V-vi-IV, or perhaps V-IV-vi-I, or if you like, V-I-IV-vi, you get the idea - just as every other bloody boring song out these days. Sadly, it's a copy cat (read: lazy, profit driven) business.

    What is the point of this program? It seems highly unnecessary.

    Too bad the default sound bank it comes with sucks, if you want a piano its buy EZ keys and a Piano Sound bank. Used car salesman tactics. BE prepared to spend a ton of money for this to be remotely useful.

      Hi, You can choose any of our EZkeys titles as your first default EZkeys instrument. Choose among grand pianos, upright pianos, electric pianos or our more custom made hybrid sound libraries.
