    God, Ola. I have Washburn guitars and EZ Drummer 2 and EZ Keys. And, no, I didn't copy you. Its just where I ended up through my 46 years of guitar playing experience. Looks like we landed on the same cloud. I've been using EZ Drummer and EZ Keys for about 5 years now and its exactly like you say in the video, you can get lost changing up everything so that the songs you create aren't anything like the samples that's in the midi libraries. There's even a way you can lay down drum tracks from a guitar chord progression using the tap feature that will pull up drum tracks that match your tempo, which means you can actually start to arrange the song using the guitar parts first, then add drums, keys etc. I love these products from ToonTrack. Makes getting song ideas up and running very quickly.

    Just downloaded EZKeys grand piano and mellatoon yesterday. According to the reviews I read they don't have the absolute best sound and all the options of other, far more expensive products but they sound good and more importantly are quick and easy to use. One still needs a tutorial or two to find all the cool stuff in the programs and I found your video extremely helpful

    I was wondering, if you can use your (computer)keyboard a little like the one of a piano. Like going all Beethoven on your keyboard while EZkeys provides a nice piano sound. I don't have a midi controller or a synthie or something of that sort.

    Thank you so much for this review. it was veyr helpful. i have 2 questions if you can be so kind as to answer (if you can). 1 -If I export a song I make (in MIDI format) can I thien import it into any DAW and put my won sounds to it instead of relying on the sounds from EZKeys? This way I can get a nice organ sound instead of buying the organ add-on. 2 - I dont know music theory nor do i really care (at this present time) to learn it. i just want some chords for my DAW to accompany my guitar. Can I just drag and drop chords I made from EZKeys into my DAW? I notice that if i try to make a chord block longer, or mess with patterns, it keeps adding it's own chord changes (assuming that is part of the music theory.

    Hi, I'm interested in knowing, with which music program, they work best as a package, EZCHords, Odesi, Captain chords or the Scaler.
    I love creating different things for my music.
    But I've noticed that I need to invent and buy new software,
    for this I ask you, what do you recommend, use Sonar, but the company as I know it does not exist.
    I also use Finale, since I am a pianist and I like to see music, in the old way, since I did to the U in the 80s when midi was in its infancy.
    What do you recommend?
    I love these new software, but they do not work for me.
    I like windows better
    Thanks for your help.

      Nope, that's what makes this key truly creative - he took a bland preset style, and turned it into some awesome alt rock...and you didn't see it coming. A hack would have just went with the original idea.

    • @MichaelaMyers505
      @MichaelaMyers505 3 роки тому +2

      Yeah, I was thinking the same. I love metal but the guitars really ruined the song, they just drown out the beautiful piano melody. The guitars were too loud but even if the volume was stabilised I'm not sure the piano and guitars would even work together. Like I said, I love metal but not every song has to be "Metalised."

    Hey, man!! Nice work! Do you know how to edit the midi files? I mean, can I remove the left hand notes (low keys) and leave just the left hand (high keys) from a midi file?
    Another question. When I use a rhythm midi and make some changes (add 7, remove 3, add low/bass notes....), this change only happens in the first attack/notes. All other notes from the rhythm sequence will play the notes of original midi file. Is there any way to edit these files in EzKeys?
