    Ingredients for 4 Servings:
    Bok Choy: 3 bunches
    Fried Tofu: 1 pack
    Sugar: 1/2 tablespoon
    Soy Sauce: 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
    Sake: 1/2 tablespoon
    Chicken Bouillon Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
    Grated Ginger: 1 teaspoon
    Quick Recipe Guide:
    1, Prepare the Bok Choy & Fried Tofu: Wash the bok choy and cut it into thirds. Slice the fried tofu in half and then into 1cm wide pieces.
    2, Make the Stir-Fry Sauce: Mix together sugar, soy sauce, sake, chicken bouillon powder, and grated ginger.
    3, Cook the Bok Choy: Heat a little sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the bok choy until the stems start to soften. Remove and set aside.
    4, Fry the Tofu: In the same pan, add more sesame oil if needed and fry the tofu until golden.
    5, Combine & Serve: Return the bok choy to the pan with the tofu, pour in the sauce, and toss quickly. Serve hot and enjoy the burst of flavors!
