Ah no that sucks! have you contacted them? they're normally really good at resolving any issues - I had a damaged core with one of my sabers and they had a replacement out to me within 2 weeks of me contacting them but they also came straight back to me

i love all the nods to kenobi's saber - it was such a good decision to tweak that original design for luke in return of the jedi
