that just makes it more confusing than it already was, if only one person can go in, then what's the point of everyone else on the list, or just everyone else in general? and If I don't even go based off of the list then what's the point lol. Am I missing something here?

First of all, you need to check the picture is matching, even the little details like moles or nose shapes need to be checked, second if someone doesn't hand you an ID or Entry request, check the id/request as wrong and question them about it. Next, the list. The list absolutely doesn't matter. You just need to question people who aren't on the list on why they aren't there, that's all. You can also call apartments, to see if the person at the door isn't already in their apartment.

Also don't forget to always close the door after each one
And if an individual isn't on the list, you should also try calling the apartment
