Well, I don’t think he was holding him down. I think he was trying to arrest him. The off-duty cop was initially acting like he was help restraining him and that’s when he started punching him because the boy started fighting now the cop could’ve made more effort on making sure that other cop got off of him, but I don’t think he had ill will by holding him down, allowing him to beat on him in that manner. @@fratzogmopars the story I got was somebody at the condo/apartment complex that lives there was celebrating a kids birthday party at the community pool area. Some Karan I guess decided to contact the HOA saying there was young unruly trespassers at the pool area. The HOA apparently hired the off duty officer as a security guard part time or for occasions. Someone from the HOA called the off duty officer and relayed that info to him and said take care of it. He shows up in a T shirt and a radio and tells everyone to leave. One of the moms there asked why do they have to leave and said they are having a birthday party. The officer then hit the mom. The mom’s child got upset and said don’t hit my mom then the officer started beating the child. That’s when some other parent that was fishing with their kids across the pond saw all this go down and called the police saying people are fighting. The cops show up and start breathing the kids at the pool too then that unhinged cop. Attacks the child that was fishing for no reason other then saying he was involved.
