I love your channel and watch your latest video as soon as I get a notification. I’m a winter and love jewel tones and so many channels focus on neutrals. Keep the colourful outfits coming please. I’m a nana too and like to look good when I go to line dance class (I dress in layers) and out for social events.
Wow, you sound funnn! I've been wanting to take dancing lessons, because it looks fun, but I'm sooo not good at it 🫣 ...yet. But I'm glad you've been enjoying my color palette. Thank you!
Thank you so much for being a beacon of colour amongst all the other UA-camrs who only show black, white, grey and beige. Your closet is aspirational for me! It is so joyous in all the jewel tones, thank you!!!
Awww, I love that you answered the questions from the comments! So sweet! I love Old Navy for colorful winter pieces this season. I'm a teacher so they work well for my lifestyle of classroom to weekends at home running errands. PS I love the pink chair and floral painting! Happy Thanksgiving!!!!
Yesss, I have a teacher friend who also loves Old Navy for her weekday wear. 😊 Happy Thanksgiving! Thank you for always leaving lovely comments for me.
Your videos are always so inspirational for me! Your style is so lovely! Thank you for putting direct links to the products /items you love. That is very helpful! I do agree with you in seeing how clothes move. I really dislike the like to know it app that a lot of people use, it’s very confusing. Have a wonderful weekend Priska!
Thank you! 😊 I'm glad that my links are helpful as you shop. I agree with you about the LTK app. I've deleted it, because I found my purchases were overly optimistic and often disappointing. I think because it's so salesy, which isn't helpful for making sound decisions. I find UA-cam creators to be more helpful in showing clothing pieces.
The contrast between the sweater and your hair in this video looks absolutely stunning. I loved the concept, such helpful tips! For colorful selections and fun clothing I like Reseved, it's a European brand and they have very colorful dresses all the time, and I recently got an orange winter coat, sooo fun! You can find both more basic and colorful pieces, but all with a femenine touch. In fact, I know I definitely have more color in my wardrobe rather than black/beige/white. The ratio must be 80-20 for sure.
Thank you sooo much, Dianne! This rich pink is my favorite color to wear. 🥰 I'll check out at Reseved -- orange is a brilliant color for a coat, especially since the days are less sunny. You BRING the sunshine!
Just found your channel and I'm so glad I did . Love your videos and also you seem to have a very beautiful spirit. I need help with belts .I don't know when they make an outfit look better or worse .What color do you put with a colorful outfit ? And I'm very petite so what the heck do you do with the flappy piece of belt that sticks out at the end fabric tape has ruined one of my cheaper belts . Also maybe a video on tights, and socks with boots or shoes . I live in Chicago Brrrrrr❄️
Oh right....belts. hehe! I think it depends on the outfit. If you want a chic look, you can match the belt to the top or bottom of your outfit. If you want to add style, you can choose a color that's already repeated in your outfit, such as in your handbag or shoes. I show a lot of belt outfits in this video: ua-cam.com/video/zyfaLGnSPtU/v-deo.htmlsi=iLG26bauGjpFkf4k I haven't had an issue with my fabric tape harming my belts. I'm sorry to hear that it damaged yours. I leave the tape on until it falls off, through many wears. But I've also cut off & burned the end of a belt, which gave an edgy look to it. Lastly, I'll include tights in some upcoming videos! I know y'all are having an early winter.
Hi Priska, I have really been enjoying watching your videos. Your style is very beautiful and your tips and tricks are amazing. You are very inspiring on how to wear colour as I am not really a neutral kind of person either. Can you make a video showing ALL of your accessories and jewellery collection and how you would style them. I have a lot of jewellery, I probably should declutter some and I need help to add the accessories and jewellery to my outfits to get the benefits from them? Please help❤
Yes, I can do that! I recently made an accessories video for my fall/winter clothing that’ll be useful to you. It doesn’t include jewelry - I’ll have to make that soon. Thanks for letting me know what you need!
Jcrew factory and charter club by Macys have lots of colors sometimes styles are a little stuffy though. Also fine knits or ribbed vs chunky flatter curves more and look more sleek
This is such weird timing!! I just today received a Jcrew factory catalog in the mail. 😮 And yes, I totally agree with you that fine knits and ribbed knits are more body flattering. I might borrow this note for a future video.
@nancygibson9112 Good question! It's supposed to be 1-time use, but I use it several times before it loses its stick. I just leave it on the belt while I'm not using it and wait for it to unstick naturally.
I totally agree!!! I can try out things that I haven’t gravitated to without dropping a load of cash! Also, I find it helps me avoid being pulled into trends because the selection is vast vs a department store that is generally pushing a trend. One thing I’ve realized lately as my life has become much more casual is that if I want to look put together and chic I need to focus on accessories and I may not be able to find them thrifting so I need to make lists of items that I need and either shop full retail or keep the list handy at resale shops so I can stay focused on looking for accessories rather than a new top (that I don’t need!!!).

I wear what makes me feel and look amazing. I don't follow fashion "rules" and trends. I only shop local and support women owned businesses.
Thank you so much for being a beacon of colour amongst all the other UA-camrs who only show black, white, grey and beige. Your closet is aspirational for me! It is so joyous in all the jewel tones, thank you!!!
It's truly my pleasure! I'm so glad I can inspire you with ways to wear color, too. ❤️
Thank you for your lovely and inspiring videos. You make me want to go clothes shopping again after a long break.
Thank you so much for responding.

Don’t forget the oversized sweater models are 5’10 and a size 2.

That's lovely to hear. Thank you for telling me! 🙏
Happy Thanksgiving, Priska! :) Thank you for dressing your true self and sharing your advice. You're inspiring! 💖
That means so much. Thank you!! 🥰 I hope your Thanksgiving weekend is beautiful, too.
Your videos are so helpful. I wrote down a few tips that I will have to try. Thank you.
I'm so glad! 🤗
A really good UK brand for quality colourful clothes I know you can get in the US is Boden.
I have a tiny secret: I bought a winter coat from Boden, and I'm premiering it on the channel soon! 🤫

hello i love y0ur channel, very imformative.
Thank you! I’m glad you enjoy it 🤗
How did you anchor your belt when you pressed the tail down? Double sided tape/velcro?
Yes, with double-sided fabric tape. Mine is Fearless Tape, and it's linked in the description box.
Thank you for your response. One more question - Is it a one stick tape, or can you readjust the belt and will it stick again?

Absolutely thrift, create a look book and go find something with the same theme, for a fraction of the cost.
