Thin breakfast sausage patties in the middle instead of bacon. Bacon as the last layer on top, so it's crispy. Serve it with some pico de gallo and sliced avocado. 😉

I was thinking the same thing. It would then be a complete breakfast because if you can get two meats for breakfast you feel like a King or Queen.

Not enough meat
I always cook the potatoes for 20 minutes or so before I put them in an egg bake. I’ve ended up with not cooked taters if I don’t.
Slices of tomatoes would be good too.
The dish looks great. But I would add sausage patties, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. I would delete the bacon.

You forgot the onions, you can't have a breakfast casserole without onions 😂 I would put broccoli or spinach in the middle instead of sliced cheese. serve with avocado and pico de gallo and you've got a healthy breakfast😅

I am glad that not only did the Lord see fit to allow me to continue to live but also, despite my rebellion in my teenage years, allowed me to marry a man who I thought loved me as I loved him and we had two children, the first one being premature and went to be with the Lord within eight hours after birth, and my oldest son who is now 41. Unfortunately, I eventually discovered that he had all along been cheating on me and had children outside the marriage. He made it very clear that he did not intend to change, and I ended up divorcing him . A few years later I remarried a man who over the course of a few years became physically violent towards my oldest son and myself. I had given him a son, too before the evil began to show. That son is now nearing his 34th birthday. Because that man began threatening every morning with one of the 7 guns that he had in the house, I filed for divorce and we went into hiding. My father was in the beginning stages of ALS in his hands and arms and we stayed with him until the judge determined that I would get the house. My youngest was ordered by the court to have visitation with his father on alternating weekends and he was afraid of my father, not knowing that Dad had this horrible disease, so Dad said that he would handle the pick up and drop off. I ended up not dating for 14 years after that because I was working full time, taking care of my father as his health declined and caring for my children. Dad passed away during that time. I had been going to church and rededicated my life to Him during that time. At the end of my working life, I had been an RN for 32 years but had repeatedly reinjured my back and had now a total of 14 failed back procedures and surgeries. I had to retire and after a few years met the man to whom I am now married, who knows the Lord as his Savior. We are both disabled but take care of each other. It’s been 12 years of happiness. My children even call him “Dad”. Though we have continued to have our challenges with our physical health, we are still very happy. I am so blessed and grateful.

Start with canned biscuits. Get the layered kind and split them in half. Then a layer of ham, cheese then hash browns. Next a layer of cooked sausage crumble then the sliced cheese followed by the seasoned eggs. Next the layer of bacon and finish with the remaining biscuit halves. Garnish and bake. 🤙

As long as you have big bags of cheese, you can make any recipe on UA-cam. I would like to find one recipe without cheese as my body rejects it and it makes me sick as a dog and the pain is intense.

I have a recipe similar to that. But I would go with more meat and less cheese.
Mine calls for bacon and pork sausage.
For an alternative flavor you can mix a can of cream of chicken soup in with those eggs.

It looks great but, the cheese was not a stretchy cheese when you sliced.🤷🏽♀️ I'd upgrade the brand of cheese for that extra wow factor in taste! Other than that, can't wait to try it!
