Great video! I love face pulls. I think they have bumped pull ups as my favourite back exercise. I've also been doing the push-pull kettlebell rows from one of your Instagram posts. They're awesome but I've had to ask my gym for kettlebells heavier than 16kg😊

When doing the kneeling A, should one swap which leg is forward? Does it matter? You may have said it but I watched twice and didn't hear if you addressed that.
Any modifications you suggest for us bigger guys with a little Dunlap syndrome? And I assume the proper motion is more important than the band tension?

You're correct! Proper movement comes first. Once you have that, then you can increase band tension.
