I think I’m using to much shoulder and not enough back I’m shooting 60lbs and started to get some shoulder pain feels more like a sore feeling and doesn’t stop me from doing day to day activities but I think I’m going to identify it as pain and just take it easy until it recovers
If you feel you're using too much shoulder and not enough back, it will be important to correct that movement pattern. Time off is helpful to let the shoulder calm down, but taking time off without correcting the movement pattern will put you back in the same place you were.
