It actually makes sense that Moody of all characters, would purchase and keep several different wands around him at all times. Constant vigilance!

So interesting! I love getting little BTS pieces of information like this. That last wand looks super cool, never saw that before! Did you know there’s actually a fourth wand he uses? Read that in one of the BTS books, it’s a slim steel wand that was designed to match the leg, you can see it in the scene where he talks to Harry about the dragons in GoF!
You ever stop and think that the first wand wasn't moody's? Moody technically doesn't appear in goblet of fire until the very end
I have the second wand I got last April of 2022 at universal studios Orlando it’s basically the same but the end piece is a more darker color but it’s basically the same.
I'm pretty sure Moody is seen dueling a death eater with a wand in the background at one point in Order of the Phoenix

Speaking of magic wands, which are "officially" replaced by other ones. Can we talk about Luna Lovegood's wand? There are four films in which she appears and in each of them she uses her magic wand. BUT she had two magic wands. The first one, the original one, was made of light wood and was very simple. It was decorated with oak branches with leaves and acorns. She used this wand while training with Dumbledore's Army. And she used it to fix Harry's nose. She used it when the wedding tent was attacked by death eaters. After she was rescued from captivity, Ollivander, in gratitude for her kindness, made a new wand for her. This wand was made of dark wood and had a design similar to tulip petals. And for some reason it became Luna's "official" wand if you know what I mean. And I don't understand why. She only showed up with it for a couple of seconds in the last movie, but in the same time they didn't even take a photo of her holding that wand for the promotional photos. But even on the Pottermore website, her Half-Blood Prince promo photo, where she holds her official oak wand was photoshoped with her second wand. And only this second wand can be bought on The noble collection website in a collector's box. The first wand can only be purchased by purchasing a Dumbledore's Army wand set. I think it's a shame. And if you ask me, I tell you that I think her original wand is more beautiful and fits her character. I just don't understand why they do this to her.
