Both the executioner’s Wand and Auror Wand are in movie.
The Executioner wand is Bernadette we see her with it taking Porpentina’s memories.
Auror Wand is the Woman next to Seraphina on her left with hat on in the train station, if you look at her wand it looks exactly like the Auror Wand.

It’s really cool. It looks really similar to the willow wand of the Universal Park, which I just got a few days ago when I went to the park after 6 years of not going.

I don't know if you remember, I asked you about a Barty Crouch Jr wand probably a couple years ago now and I had found an Ebay seller selling a wood wand of it. It looks similar to the one you have, but a deeper spiral and a more oval bulb. I wish UA-cam would let you post pictures. The seller had other wands too and a very good rating, but I don't think if any were official wands, probably replicas that cost the same as official wands, because I got a Lucius Malfoy wand that was a fake. That's one I found out they didn't sell it without the cane and wish they had because the snake is so cool on it.
As you noted the design for the Auror wand has 3 variations - the auror wand promo, the Universal Studios newer Willow Wand, like the one you show in this video (the original willow wand release was all together different - not sure why they changed it), then the Barty Crouch Jr. wand. All three are very similar but with slight minor design differences as well as a different use of colors. I have all 3 versions of the wands (including an official promo of the auror wand) and the art of wand book you refer to, as well as other literature from Warner Brothers on wands. :) I also have had all three designs custom made of real wood. Wands are kind of my expertise and obsession as I have a complete set of every single wand that ever had a released design for (up to this latest film Secrets of Dumbledore). lol.
The executioner's name is Bernadette...She is the one who extracted a good memory of Tina with her wand.

The Noble Collection never got the ok from Warner Brother to license the Bernadette Executioner wand in their Fantastic Beasts line up but the Noble collection isn't the only licensed or "official" wand merch company in the world; they are only the most known. Warner Brothers in China does have licensing for it and that's where many of the ones on eBay are coming from. As a side note, the design of the executioner wand is not a new wand design, they originally had this design set to come out as one of the wands in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, but never released it but you can see the wand in a Japanese release diorama of the Goblet of Fire tasks and items.
