    Excellent uploads always man but I'd love to see a 30-60 day animal based diet series. Fully days of eating and possibly labs? I'm considering trying the diet and want to know others experiences long term.
    That would be super helpful man, thanks for putting out sick videos regardless

      I’d say I’m very close to pure animal based but I do work in other carbs and fun foods 10% of the time. Also I have getting blood draw and pass out so I avoid labs at all costs even though I could get them for free haha

    when you do your programming is there a particular amount of sets you aim for each muscle group per week?

    • @_jackperez_
      @_jackperez_  19 днів тому

      Kind of. Usually 6-12 sets per week depending on the muscle group and lagging body parts. I used to do 10-15 but seeing if lower volume and higher intensity works better or the same

      @@_jackperez_ right makes sense , interesting to see if lower volume works for you.

    Have you always done a split similar to this? (Free weights)

      @_jackperez_  19 днів тому

    Hi, jack my gym doesn't have a double cable machine like that to do behind machine bicep curls is there an alternative you can do on a low cable or with dumbbells, we have a cable fly's machine just not one with cables close together

      @@_jackperez_ thanks mate, this workout split coming back from injury is perfect for me I had a umbilical hernia operation 6 years ago and I gave training away completely got type 2 diabetes, osteoarthrosis in my neck which has caused me to not be able to hold a job in my baking trade and I've put on 40kg of body fat, I'm doing carnivore diet because i was low carb anyway due to my diabetes I've tried coming back to weights about 5 times i find it hard selecting weights it feels too light i end up going heavy and can't move for a week and i often quit again, I'm going to try this and do 30 mins on an incline treadmill after it, you don't see any people coming back from being obese after a lay off most like you are still in decent shape, i just want to retain and build a little muscle while dropping the 40kg of fat over the next year and i half i think it will take if i can stick to it
