Our hotel is just 3 minutes from the Millbrae station. It was fun riding BART. Those new cars are cool
@Marcell The Beast Porter It's worth it. It will be cheaper then renting a car plus you don't have the hassle of looking for a parking space. Or paying for one. Although it depends where you want to go.

Interesting! I don’t usually ride this line. I usually stay in the east bay, or go from east bay to Embarcadero/Montgomery/Powell, to get to Oracle Park. I’ve always been curious. If someone had insomnia, they could watch this video. I’ve fallen asleep on BART before.
Hi! I wanted to know how to get from Fremont to San Francisco International Airport. I realized that I needed to take the green line, which goes all the way to Daly City. So once I get off at Daly City, to board the yellow line, would I have to buy a seperate ticket, or would I just pay for both trips at the start of my journey in Fremont? Please help me as I am new to this system.
Hi Sushant! Thanks for visiting. You don’t need to exit the station or purchase another ticket when making a transfer. If you get off at Daly City, just stay on the same platform and just wait for the SFO AIrport train. Do not exit the gate or you need to pay again to get to SFO airport. Do you have a clipper card? It would be easier if you have clipper card and just load it with the amount you need to get to your destination.

It is best to transfer at Balboa Park station to avoid possibly crossing the platform at Daly City. There would usually be announcements. It’s all one system so you would just buy a ticket at Fremont that goes to SFO.
Have they replaced all the old trains?
Unfortunately, no. All of the new ones were supposed to have arrived by now, but there have been delays. Only 500/775 have been delivered, and only 300 are in service.

You should get off at either Powell, Montgomery or Embarcadero Station. These are walking distance from each other. Please let me know if you need more info.

Normal maximum speed is 70 mph, but it can go 80 (129 kph) if it is behind schedule.
The train is flying
BART is an extremely fast system. Few subways go 80 mph on a regular basis like BART.
