Great video and ideas 👌👍🏼👍🏼 .. so I ran across one of your videos randomly and it was very good so I watched a few more and well congrats man you have a new subscriber... awesome videos man keep up the great work 😁🍻👍🏼😎 also great animal collection
thank you for sharing. I've got a pair of rare anoles I'd like to breed and looking at the initial costs of a full rack had me overwhelmed a bit. This set up is much more reasonable and still looks great. Time to start planning :D
Great idea and came out great I’m definitely going to make something similar when I get my next eggs from my monitors. I’m actually building a custom enclosure for one of my adult monitors at the moment and it’s almost finished 4 more pieces of wood to cut them adding the door and then waterproofing it. And got all the supplies for about $200 so I’ll probably make another one and stack them. I’ll put up a video when it’s finished if you want to check it out
Love it, will be doing this for myself as I have a room full of bakers racks with plastic tubs lol I hate having to move stuff around to service my animals. As a woodworker, the next time you do this you should look into finish head screws for a more finished look! Just like $0.05 more per screw but they disappear as if they aren't even there!
Ummm idk about it for diy stands. I’ve done diy stands before and used normal 2 by 4s and ply wood. If your just using it for stands then normal paint works just fine.
@@mightymorphingreptiles what would u recommend? I was gonna do black pvc like the enclosure is but I don’t need a huge sheet and that’s all I can find😅
Nice video you made it extra simple & stylish.

Dope bro, gonna have to build something like this!
Yeah it’s been really hand and nice! Love having stuff fits uniformly and nicely on a bakers rack!

I’ll definetly look into those types of screws thank you for the tip my guy!🙏
This is great! This would be great for crested geckos too!
I think it would be decent for quite a few small gecko species! Thanks for watching Ty!
i been building stuff for years and never have thought to use tape to help with pilot holes lol gonna be doing that from now on
y not sand offf the edges a bit. any reason to not sanding the edges??
I just didn’t but I probably will in the next set I build
Pick up an electric brad nailer you can nail them together so much faster and cleaner and you can staple down the screen.
nice build.
Thanks Tylor!

I’m looking to make shelves in a pvc enclosure I saw poplar wood at my local hardware store would that work good? How should I seal it if so
Ummm idk about it for diy stands. I’ve done diy stands before and used normal 2 by 4s and ply wood. If your just using it for stands then normal paint works just fine.
Hey I misread your comment originally I wouldn’t recommend making shelves inside an enclosure with wood.
