I guess i have to be the paragraph guy. So basically the brothers wife brought their abusive mom to their wedding as a "surprise" and the younger brother and OP left the wedding and the oldest brother screamed at the mom at how horrible she is. The brothers wife doesnt think she messed up and refused to give him the engagement ring but she gave it up later. The Mum pretends she's a victim but they call her out for her bs. The brother is depressed for a while but gets a new gf.

Basically, she showed up to op graduation and tried to insult them.the wedding seemed fine, but mom, HB and two kids were there in front row. They thought she wanted to ruin it so he called his ex he was marrying again and she believes it’s “not a big deal”. The moms husband calls and says they were worthless. Most of Sam’s friends and family is on his side. Apparently the mother thought it was a nice gift because “she values family.(load of bs)”. But the dad got them a house. They told him that Sam ain’t showing up and so send the gifts to their house.
