Good stuff bro. Hey I just bought my first welder for my Christmas present to myself. I watch these videos all you pro guys make and not many of them goes by without you getting your welder out. I came to realize that I’m gonna be ballz deep in this hobby now I need to have a welder. So I swooped one of those HZXVOGEN 250 Amp 4 in 1 welders so I can do gas or gasless MIG and lift TIG and stick. My first project is gonna be to make a spot for 2 gal spun aluminum tank and I’m gonna cut and extend my swing arm by 6”
I'm glad you're spreading the word about this cool chain tensioner mod! The metal roller from a stock CT200U worked great for me after those plastic ones wore out after two rides. Just needed a spacer washer for the bearings in the metal roller. The plastic ones were noisy, metal one is quiet for me. 👍
In some of the other MB200 videos I use an all balls roller. It is a lot more durable then even the metal versions and doesn't wear the chain. Links are in some of the MB200 video descriptions.
I never brought it up but it’s a mudstar 200 and I haven’t seen even one guy going deep on one of these bikes yet. I’m making it into a street fighter style mini bike.
That's interesting. Seems like the torque converter behavior is different from the typical kit most of us get. The belt shift wasn't as noticeable, especially with that small sprocket.
@@HappyHands.Totally agree. The plastic wheels these tensioners come with are not good. An all Balls tensioner wheel on this set up works out perfect! I have noticed zero wear on the wheel over multiple videos. The best wheel I have found so far. I have it linked in some of the video descriptions.
I haven't commented in a good while. But @Black66 , would you be willing to build and send me and engine if I pay you? I'm basically a disabled person, extreme pain doing anything & everything. Let me know, either way ill still watch all your videos, THANKS ❤🎉

Yeah for sure. It is a used bike so I'm not sure about what converter is on it.
Someone needed some last minute Xmas cash only reason to sell one of those. Nice score
Merry Christmas...Happy New Year !😊
If the spring tension is too tight, the silicon roller will wear out quickly. all you need is very mild tension.
Check out the updated chain tensioner videos on this bike.
Just speaking from experience ;) @@Black66

Black66. I was wondering where you got that gas tank? Thanks for the videos keep them coming
The gas tank was on the bike when I got it. I just welded up the mounts for it.
Merry Christmas ✌️🤙
Merry Christmas.
Awesome, by chance do you have the link for the kit
Just wondering what app do you use for your top speed runs
I use a Dragy performance meter for 0 to 30 and sometimes digiHUD on the phone for top speed.
cool
Hello, I was wondering if you knew the torque spec for a Max torque clutch. Thanks for any help🙏
Merry Christmas sorry for the late reply I was sick
Merry Christmas! Hope your feeling better.
Is the mb200 Mini bike similiar to the Baja warrior mb165 Mini and can you confirm if the front hydraulic brake kit work on the Baja warrior as well?
If you ever decide to sell a mini bike, i like that one. Except I live quite far away from you...
My 196 rips. That one must need some work.
Same here. My bikes are quicker with more gearing which is opposite of his results.
