He literally punches people into the space time continuum is just he didnt really knew how to express it since how could he ever thought Will would know such a secret
This video hits different after seeing how emotional Francis was after the fight. You can tell he was carrying a lot of weight on his shoulders with the passing of his son Kobe, but he did his best to keep his composure for the video. God bless him.
You call that 30 seconds at the end of the video sparring? Come on man. And they let Will train solo the entire time. Eddie Hall actually did everything together.
I’m always so impressed by how Will holds his own in all these different types of training videos. Obviously he doesn’t come close to actual fighters and athletes but you can tell the coaches are impressed that this UA-camr doesn’t just disintegrate immediately during their training lol.
the one influencer I feel like is most impressives is the expro climber Magnus Midtbo. He is so strong and generally fit, he excels in almost anything.
I am from Cameroon like Francis! And I can’t be more proud of him, of what he has achieved and how he carries himself. He is the best ambassador for our nation!! And Will, thank you for this video! U are one of the best UA-camrs out there.
You have no idea what you have done for me! I fell off a roof in 2004 from a 25' roof and landed head first. I broke and fractured my back in 8 places. I gave up trying. I got up to 256obs at 6' tall. Unhealthy and unhappy. Then I seen your videos and Eddie Halls videos. Y'all have inspired me! I'm at 190obs now and getting stronger every day! Thank you Will!!!!!!!!
Uncommon Paths to Wealth by Borlest is hands down one of the most underrated books I’ve ever read. The techniques in here can seriously change the game.”
The punch to the stomach was so f'n funny because everyone watching knew what would happen and you didn't. Literal tears in my eyes. Thanks for taking that, Will. Nice work on the video
I love Francis. Such a cool humble dude. Plus he’s an animal inside the cage. Also at 15:21 people might think will is milking it for the camera, but taking a shot from a professional is no joke. Especially as someone who’s not used to it. Inside the cage these guys make it look effortless and painless, but body shots and leg kicks are probably the most painful thing you could endure. Speaking from experience
Exactly, doesn’t seem like a strong hit but 1st, will never take punches in the stomach so he is not used to it, and 2nd, the way they transfer their weight in the punches even if it’s light ones it’s crazy powerful
@@Monscent No he is not. Did MMA for about 2 years. First time I got a few leg kicks I, which were light (punishment for coming late) I couldn't walk for 3 weeks. Like literally walk. If your body is not used to this kind of pain, which 99% of population simply isn't, this is a normal reaction, coming from probably the hardest puncher on earth.
@kibbit1373 lol, same. I thought I might want to try MMA (since I was doing well in jiu jitsu), but one of the first real leg kicks was one of my more painful experiences in my life. Woke me up multiple times a night for almost a week and about 2 weeks to walk normally. After that a big nope for MMA for me, lol.
he's actually not good at throwing punches lol. he is just strong and coordinated. dude would get absolutely ko'd with his positioning and movement in a fight.
One thing, of many, that I really enjoy about Will's videos is that he's into bodybuilding but does not sway from trying other areas of fitness and physical challenges. As a BJJ guy, I'd love to see a video of him trying out BJJ and doing some post class rolls. Regardless, great video!
one of my favs from the UFC he is such a genuine person and a true powerhouse when it comes to fighting! Plus it seems the fame never changed who he is and what he is fighting for!
@13:20- Will's ability to maintain his composure here is so impressive. It probably helps when he knows that everyone else in the room literally dedicate their lives to knowing how to win a fight, but even so...
Awesome video!! This sport is so counterintuitive since you have to be so relaxed to throw hard, versus in the gym you have to contract and tense to push heavy weights. Great work though!
The absolute balls it takes to face off with that monster, even just for a light sparring, the pressure must have been insane in person. Hats off to you man!
You are such a beast! Felt so bad when you looked so defeated, but you really killed it. Such great coaches too. Super supportive and encouraging guys.
Great showcase of training in a martial arts club, it's all supportive we're all on a journey. Hope this video inspired someone to start up boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, MMA, anything!
such a fun video! i have new-found respect for the intensity and severity of mma training. You're such a good sport about all of this, taking us into the world of others. thanks for making the video.
As a former (retired) fighter I have to say that Will has a solid understanding and appears to have a natural ability to as we say, throw hands. Well done young man! Good work!!!
Wow good for Will when a good person with a great personality also works incredibly hard big things can happen for them! The channel is amazingly positive and entertaining.
If you haven't watched Patrick Gavia documentary on UA-cam - He Escaped Africa to Fight in the UFC: Francis N'Gannou Documentary You gotta that thing will give you chills!!!
I had nearly given up, but people like Will give me hope to try again. Coming from 5'3 260lb, I'm now down 10lb in two weeks!! 🎉 Keep doing what you're doing, Will. You give so many people hope.
Hey man I don't know if you read comments or not, all I wanted to say is you are the single most entertaining and inspiring person to me when it comes to fitness, and because of you, I have decided to get my ass to the gym and live a better life. Thank you Will.
Will WHAAAAAT? This video is AMAZING! loved it soo much. You should think about getting into a 30 day long training to see how you improve, challenges, everything. If someone can do it it's you man.
Yo that first coach that held the pads for you is awesome, super chill dude
Yeah loved his vibe with will
Been in Ngannou‘s corner for years he‘s got a great team
Genuine legend in the sport
yeah no wonder he's the coach. Dude was so cool
Super encouraging, but critical as well. I could see myself running through a brick wall for him lol
that Corba coach is a fantastic guy to train with. what a joyeous mentality
I thought it was Booker T
“I never tried space time, only people” man’s a killer 😂

that was pretty hilarious lol

I’m telling you Will, firefighter training next. If you ever want to come down to Texas we’d love to have you in San Antonio
That would be sweet! I vote for this!
I second that
OMG! Will, do this please!
Up voting this for the content!
Not challanging enough
Can we give props to the MMA coach? Such clear and concise direction when learning these moves.
was thinking the same thing. I feel like i learned a ton watching this, very professional coaching.
Eric Nicksick is one of the bet coaches in the game and also seems like a genuine good dude from all the interviews i've seen of him.
Eric is one of the best coaches ever
Dewey Cooper is the striking coach near the start too, hes awesome.
After his win today, you can see exactly how the training slotted in.
Francis is an absolute unit. Making Will look like a regular-sized human is crazy.
bro is built from iron and rocks 🥶😱
Will is a regular sized human lmfoa
it does look crazy, like mario vs godzilla or something
wait .. i absolutely forgot that will is a goliath
When Will punched him in the stomach, it was like him punching a brick wall. Not a single movement in his skin, body, anything.. pure tungsten.

Well deserved and 100% earned victory. So sorry for his loss 😢
First sparring with Eddie Hall, then Francis Ngannou.... I think Will may be a masochist....

This video taught me having trainers really make a big ass difference its crazy
Having someone peer pressure you is all you need. Make friends at the gym or bring a friend.
Having good trainers yess
As a martial artist who has wasted 5 years of my youth with a horrible coach let me tell you having a good teacher will change your life forever.

Great video Will! 🥊
15:09 I feel like no one ever really does 10%, but this actually looked like he tried to do 10%
