As a MT that is just starting her track into the post surgical world I found this video super helpful for the ins and outs of this procedure. The woman I'm working w now, my first post surgery client but not her first surgery, said that a nurse at the post surgery wellness center did her fluid expressions the first few days after. So my main point, if you have a procedure and purchase a massage package (even w a post op therapist), ask about fluid expression so you aren't disappointed. Have you heard about the issue with this doctor that apparently he’s scamming people? A lot of women aren’t getting their BBL and not getting a refund back because this doctor is claiming that he found foreign objects in their butt! Read your documents before signing!

my future Doctor 🙋🏻♀️ see you soon!!
Can't wait!
I think he is a true artist! If I do this..I will only go to him. I'm 50...but weight is 103. I just need him!!! There are just spots that are not going any where.
I'm a little at ease, now that I'm hearing this from you and Board certified. My daughter will be having this surgery in 2 months I'm nervous but right now she isn't. Her mind is already made up, she can't wait. I just don't know what I'm going to do with myself and will be away from home in another state at that. Anxiety on the rise for me.
🙌🏾❤️
Great information. Faja’s are always spoken in relation to BBL’s. Dr. William, could you elaborate on what to expect when it’s a tummy tuck procedure and faja vs abdominal binder? Thanks!
I got the tummy tuck+BBL. I am wearing a Faja, a foam binder, and a waist trainer (my doc requires these, even though Dr. William doesn’t) It’s a lot, it hot, but once you get used to it then it’s not too bad.
@katherinereese2633 how are you feeling now? I have my tt and bbl coming up in August and I'm so nervous 😩
He literally answered all my questions im detail amazing
Thank you so much! I may have to plan my bbl with you! You are so informative.
I am beyond excited to schedule my TT and BBL with you!!:)
Did you ever get your surgery through him
Thank you for proving us with this crucial information!
Thank you for sharing this information. I am a licensed massage therapist in the Houston area. I always stress the importance of receiving lymphatic massage post-lipo/bbl to clients.
You are so welcome!
Hi can you share ur info I'm from Houston tx ...
@@akneadedtouch thank you 😊
Hi Dr. William! This is so insightful! I have a friend who used Curveez Shapewear for her recovery and they worked great!
Thanks for sharing!
So glad to get this recommendation because this cleared some of my questions up I can’t wait for my surgery
Glad it was helpful!
Have you heard about the issue with this doctor that apparently he’s scamming people? A lot of women aren’t getting their BBL and not getting a refund back because this doctor is claiming that he found foreign objects in their butt! There is a form that you sign pre op that states that if they find a foreign object in you they will not perform a bbl on you. Or sometimes they will just perform lipo and not a bbl. be careful! Read your documents before signing!
Does a faja affect the fat grafted to the hips and butt? In other words- does a torso-type compression garment work the same as a full faja?
This was very educational for me. Thank you
Thanks for advocating for us massage therapist!
You guys are heroes.
He said the stage 2 faja is less compression. It’s more compression and stage 3 usually has rods and more compression
HI DR. WILLIAM! I booked my appointment with you for next year September 24th and I’m so nervous and excited at the same time 😩
Hey sis I might be right behind you. I'm think of getting the 360 lipo along with breast augmentation. I want a bbl just so scared though
loveinautumn 39 I wanted to get 360 lipo & a bbl but I didn’t know the difference between the two so I asked and I was told that 360 lipo is when you remove fat and don’t store it anywhere else in your body, while a bbl is when you get lipo and store it somewhere like your butt and other places
This video is soo good and informative! I'm getting excited for my surgery!
Glad you liked it.
Thank you very informative. Question? Can the incisions dissolve on its own?
I love you and your work Dr. Williams. Thanks for all you guidance. Your videos are very informative and educational. Bravo!!

This video was super informative!
What are your thoughts on cavitation massages during the recovery phase? I’ve heard about other women getting these massages after completing their set of lymphatic massages.
Y
Cavitation massages cause fibrosis
I just watched a patient who stressed wearing a waist trainer over the faja. I'll go w the doctor
U are amazing. I wish you as my teacher
Great to know!! See you soon 💖

@@DrWilliamMiami hi Dr, I would like to know what happens when you get your monthly period during the first week of your surgery? Can you stop wearing the boards for at least two days? And stop the massages for two days as well? I’m afraid that is going to ruin my results. Please help 🙏
How did it go 🙌😀

Thankyou Dr William...very informative 👏..I need that as I make my decision on what dr I want to use...I'll keep watching and learning as you keep teaching..Thanks 😊
Glad it was helpful!
Your the best. Science for Beauty. Love it!
1.
How long should be the abdomen boeard/foams and back board worn inside the faha?
Usually 1 month.
Thanks very useful information, I did my bbl here in Cameroon and lipo wasn't done on my key area and my back so there wasn't enough fat to be transferred to my butt, definitely I will put on weight back, when I find myself in miami I will come look for you.
Very informative!! Thank you Dr.William… what is the faja brand the model is wearing? Thank you!!
Massage therapist can't work on the open wounds. How professionally can this massage be performed? As a massage therapist I suggest those massages at doctor's supervision. What do you think?
They have specific post op massage therapist
@ it's illegal. MT can't massage on open wounds
Im trained LMT in Florida and trained in post Op mld and we do not push fluids out. We avoid incision areas until they heal. Fluid will naturally start to leak out of those incisions as we are doing mld but legally we are not allowed to reopen and force fluids out. If that needs to be done I refer them back to their surgeon.
