Not gonna lie... 50:33 made me tear up a bit. What a badass, and kudos to Aubrey's reaction.

I had chronic and I mean Chronic eczema from the age of 15 onwards, I nearly died from cardiac arrest ( Asthma too ). I tried everything, saw every type of doctor, tried every type of treatment you could imagine. I self medicated on strerids ( Predinisolone ) for 7 years or so as well.
Finally, about 7 1/2 years ago in 2013 - I started taking cold showers, I've been doing it every day since. I run 15k-20k every other day, I smoke weed casually in the evening afterwards too. The cold showers alone has solved about 90-95% of my eczema, I get the odd little flair up, but I've figured out more triggers it. Change of weather, central heating, air conditioning are all bad..... Sun is good, Cold is bad, but cold water is amazing and hot water is evil!
I was miserable for most of my life, since cold showers, I've had almost a decade of being a different person. I'd highly recommend Yoga as well. Smoking and then doing yoga seems to put me into a headspace of reenergising my body and it's connection to the physical world
Couldn't agree with this video any more

Thank you for putting this out there.
Very informative, and also confirming in other areas. Relatable on a few notes and im feeling good about listening to someone else who also has a redefining perspective on life.
The stress busting methods that come from a life-loving-living dynamic /paradox are so apealing - great to hear more about - and from experience, i can attest and advocate for the legacy building actions we take every moment!
What and when we eat /breathe/ put on our skin/ etc etc.. love it all.
One thing ive done is intermittent fasting tho never applied as a program to achieve results. Its always been more of a day to day test on energy and how i apply myself in general.
What we do in a day creates our focus, and how we think has equal or more so of a dialed-in affect on the big picture .. why are we doing it all?
Driving force is everything to me.
Im in Recovery of my life. After a 2 year recovery season i relapsed* for 6 months of emotional and physical waste of yime /catalyst to growing.. perspective has changed. Now ive been 9 months off of alcohol and marijuana, 4 years off of cigarettes, 2 months off coffee.. milk and sugar and feeding my body and mind everything that makes me happy and vibrate at a peaceful, cognitive and physically active state.
Ive been here before .. cutting out things in order to achieve balance and focus for a life-long goal, but i havent been able to stick to it more more than a few years at a time.
Training my mind in tandum with my body is the boldest move i can do for my future self. Utilizing a program now thats really brought it all together for me. Being motivated by not giving up in itself is one of the strongest reasons for pivoting me for success.
Ive failed so many times im no longer afraid of it 😉😎
Very cool to find your guiding speaker meetings here. Comes to me at a great time.
Wanted to give you some feedback and sincere appreciation.
Blessings on your day Aubrey Marcus

11:33 from what I see in the grocery store, most seasalts that are available say "NOT A SOURCE OF IODINE, A NECESSARY NUTRIENT." Not sure if that's just subscribing to regulation, or if it's actually insufficient for mineral intake. Perhaps a combination is the best?

Having ultra rich parents like Aubrey doesn’t hurt. 80 million helps optimize

Not to be rude but you're actually highlighting the fact that he doesn't NEED to be trying to help people. What would you do with 80 million? Probably not working and helping others👍
