Day 1 (Monday) - Chest & Abs
a. Smith machine flat bench press!
warm up set - 15 reps (low weight)
preparation set - 10 reps (+ weight)
2 failure sets - 8 to 10 reps (max weight)
b. Two exercises in superset
i. Incline Dumbbell press (at 25°)
1st set - 10 reps
then, immediately do
ii. Flat dumbbell fly
1st set - 10 reps as well,
In the 2nd & 3rd sets, increase weight and try to do 10 reps..😁
c. High incline barbell bench press (35°)
3 sets × 10 reps
(increase weight in every set)
d. Two exercises in superset
i. Bent arm barbell pullover (on flat bench)
1st set - 12 reps
then, immediately do
ii. Pushups (i can't do weighted ones😁)
1st set - 12 reps
In the 2nd set, increase weight and try to do 10 reps..
e. Seated Military Press
4 sets × 12 reps
(increase weight in every set)
f. Decline Sit-ups
3 sets × 20/25 reps😉
g. Hanging Reverse Crunches
3 sets × 15/20 reps
h. Knee held crunches
3 sets × 15/20 reps
