Seen alot of these strong guys come into the gym. 2 years in they're beasts on the mat. Powerlifting and BJJ is a great combination.
Either Nick is a huge looking 150lb guy or Nadeem is a slim looking 250lb lol

Yes he’s done fights before but said he stopped because the after-fight was really bad for him. Super dizzy and nauseous your head hurts etc and he said he’d rather teach than feel that again after matches ..something like that. I forgot which vid it was he talked about it

@@PFCAutostart the kids belt system is meant to keep the kids more engaged without getting them frustrated. With more belts and more rankings depending on gym it’s easier for a kid to digest without feeling like he isn’t going anywhere. Versus and adult who might have to work a few months just to get a stripe on his belt

Okay so I'm 190 lbs and absolutely huge compared to any of the 165lb guys at my gym. Neither one of these guys is 250 lbs or 150 lbs, I can assure you.
U are not familiar with nadeem? He competes in powerlifting and has a lot of official weight in so yeah he is 250 (the dude squat like 600-620) the other one idk but looks like 180 to me

Every time you see a video like this: "150 lbs bjj dork vs 250 lbs legit badass bodybuilder or powerlifter or whatever" notice that it's always bjj that they're doing ... never lifting, never benching, never posing, never bodybuilding, always what THEY are good at, which is bjj because bjj dorks make it their entire personality and therefore refuse to learn anything else, ESPECIALLY bodybuilding, at least bodybuilding representatives TRY to get outside of their own comfort zone, but I guarantee 100% you will NEVER see hypocrite bjj snowflakes like Pedro Sauer and Mikey Musumeci in the gym ... hell, Eddie Bravo himself admitted he couldn't handle the gym for even 3 days before switching over to bjj and even bjj nuthuggers like Joe Rogan and Jocko Willink lift kettlebells all the time or own their private gym at home ... you don't need bjj to be successful in bodybuilding, but you DO need bodybuilding to be successful in bjj or any other sport for that matter ... bodybuilding is better
