Watching MMAs since 2006,your content is very good. Thank you
Amazing video ❤🙌 I would love to see more videos like these all combat sports elites and wouldn't run out of content ever
Gordon’s desire and drive to be the best is amazing. I hope he figures out his stomach issues so he can keep doing his thing.
So much desire and drive to be the best is inspirational, IF he didn't take PEDs. But nope. He had to cheat.
His stomach issues is the steroids he’s using. Name an all natural fighter that had stomach pains.
I'm impressed with your video of King Ryan! I'd love to know his whole story. Incredible 😊
dude i watched this eyes-glued like a Netflix documentary. I loved this. Your videos are so sick.
He is amazing! Overcoming every obstacle. I just started grappling, I've been into boxing since a child.
You will give up on BJJ within 6mo-1yr at the most
@@Getitstraightyo BJJ looks very hard to learn to me, but what makes you say they will give up on it ?
@@stevo62ful Just based on my experience. Probably 10% or less sticks with it for a year
Gordon Ryan is a garbage human being and has done more damage to this sport than anyone else. FACTS.
Choose a discipline, that has a good career perspective, like olimpic discipline, good money and etc
What an athlete! Master of his craft.
Awesome to overcome sickness and humble a king til he was ready to go again by God's glory you were healed and continue to show you are the greatest. Great job Alex
I know the old heads will say he's not the best ever, but he is.
Ignore his persona and his braggadocio....
His skills are all that matters.
Pena didn't ask the promotion to post-pone the event, Gordon asked Pena if he wanted to and Pena refused.
Also, for the match against Galvao, the rules were "no points before the 10min mark", which is why you can literally see Gordon look at the clock and once past 10minutes, he started scoring points, passing guards, taking the back etc, in less that 2 minutes he scored 12 points.
pretty impressive for an old man!! damn he is really an inspirational! I will send this video to my father
Filipe was really his only real challenge and I don't think Rayan would have beaten him if it wasn't for the loss of his friend
Filipe is a pathetic quitter, nothing more…
This was amazing! Really well done.
He looks absolutely astounding for a 72 year old, my god. Ages like no other!
ive only just stumbled on this!! what an inspiration im 56 thinking time to hang up the old gloves' but not now what a guy !!.
This fella just peaked at 81. What a Beast 🥊
This guy is just a genius.
Amazing skills.
This was super fun to watch!
That's crazy, I used to whip this dude years ago when we were kids! What's up Gordon, it's Francis Sébastien from 308!
I've been practicing with my grappling dummy and think I'm ready to challenge Gordon for 100 quid winner takes all. I know my grappling dummy doesn't fight back but it wouldn't matter anyway because my technique is so good.
You got this homie!!
*my offensive technique against a still object
This guy could’ve broken a lot of elbows and knees, but was a gentleman.
Everyone in this sport will be in a position where they can snap limbs. Most of them don't do it on purpose, so they won't get a bad rep because then people will start doing the same to you, given the chance. It's simple jujutsu etiquette and nothing that deserves praise.
@Samuel Workman hahah, I know exactly who you're talking about. And he has calmed down in jujutsu competition, compared to his UFC career😅 he's still explosive, but he doesn't hold on like he did in UFC. Still a piece of shit, and will always be in my eyes.
@Samuel Workman does the name finish with alhares?
Thats what bjj is about. Even whitebelts have the opportunity to Break Arms every Training. But ITS the gentle Art you know.
@Samuel Workman I don’t think talking about him getting cut for holding onto subs is good recognition so I think you’re fine lmao
Such a good video I had to watch the whole thing a second time....
Gordon Ryan is a once in a generation superstar 🤩
thanks to the roids
@@matt4380 I’m sure 85% of his competition as well.
@@nedaCFilms then that means it's a joke of an organization can't clean out cheaters
@@matt4380 that’s been an ongoing battle with all athletics. Hell even a bicyclist was stripped of multiple titles lol. Regardless, they dude is a submission machine. They guy is always two moves ahead.
@@matt4380 but you saw the Video right? In His early career He already dominating much more ecperienced high class people.he is using Roids Just to make Sure to win Open class against all those other Gorillas. But the Roids dont make you the Champ.
How can this not be his peak??! I mean holy hell he is a BEAST
Gordon Ryan vs khabib would be fire
@@seekforjannah2432 khabib fan here, but his style fits perfect for mma and not pure grappling. In a grappling match khabib would loose without any chance :)
@@seekforjannah2432 In what? In grappling Gordan Ryan kills him, but in MMA Khabib kills him. All that should be pretty obvious I would think.
My god, how is he still kicking at 64, men his age have already gone to retirement and some can barely walk. This is true inspiration.
This kid is absolutely fantastic, big props to his parents
Kids a beast
?
Dude's 5 years younger than me and looks like my Dad
The price of greatness 😝
@@SlanderVIP the price of steroids
Roids will do that
He also dyes his beard and hair grey.
Definitely lotsa roids. He didn't look that way in the beginning but to compete against people on steroids your probably going to have to do steroids
Why do people just ignore the fact this man is juiced to get to where he is?
Probably because it's somewhat the norm in grappling. Tho he is a outstanding grappler he really seems to take it to the max. It's also the obvious reason why he isn't transitioning to MMA
I impressed with 2 ADCC performances, Kron 2013 and Gordon 2022. And Gordon is winning Kron ones because he did it on heavy weight and superfight... that's impressive as f
It's truly insane. I'm always gonna wonder what he would have looked like if he put that same mind towards MMA.
It's a much different sport when you are getting wrestled and punched and kicked while attempting to bjj an opponent. In BJJ, he can just focus on that specifically. I would expect, if he can handle getting whacked in the head a bit, he could transition just fine to MMA. But he would have to learn how to deal with the Dagestan type grappling as well.
....Also, looks like Ryan is sporting some bulging veins. Probably using PEDs. Would probably test positive if fighting MMA. Not sure how strict bjj tournaments are with testing for PEDs.
@AlexZander That's not how good BJJ athletes would transition to MMA, which is why Gordon hasn't done it. Even Garry trying to do it the right way took several years.
Not to mention Gordon possesses more than just BJJ, he does have the type of high level wrestling that can be used very effectively in MMA. Striking can absolutely be taught.
He might join now since UFC are canceling their contract with USADA.
@@madmatixx No, he’s stated he has no plans to do MMA.
@@madmatixx yeah cos ofcourse its just gonna be a free for all now,i forgot usada are the only organisation in the world who can do testing
Its Actually Crazy How Great Gordon is 🤙
We need this man in the UFC right now 💯
He rather be a big fish in a small pond. Dude has 0 striking and 0 wrestling
You know he’s juiced to the gills, right? If he advanced into the UFC without roids and with no striking or kicking defense or ability, he’d be absolutely destroyed! It wouldn’t even be close!
The last guy he fought literally looks like a boss from a video game. This guy is a legend Gordon
This guy is a young man he's only 27 but look like in he's 50s this guy is my age I'm 24
Ya guess that’s what happens when you take things
He's only 27? Damn, all that gear has him looking like he's 40.
the most juiced submission artist
Not even close lol dude have you not seen galveo ? 😂 Dude doesn't even have a neck anymore 🤣
Yeah there are some juicy ones could go straight into a bodybuilding comp
Andre Galvao enters the chat
That disrespectful push at 6:00 was the beginning of his villian ark.
