@@EVERYTHANGDIESEL yes the sight class is fantastic along with just have a standard drain plug so it never has to come back off. I had to get the sway bar spacer kit for mine.

Looks nice you might add a three inch bds suspension lift with Fox shocks you will not believe the difference in the ride. It turned my 3500 Dooley into a sweet floating ride.
Talk abt painting under side. If want a good paint and undercoat. Stuff used when detail back in the day. You'll need radiator paint some kerosene. A container mix in and a bag sandblast kit. Dump paint in container mix a little kerosene in thin paint out. This mix will go a long way and do a lot of vechicals. Watch your exhaust systems. And wear your safety gear and do in a well vented area. I get my butt around will show on my channel here some day so you can see if interested in trying on your vechicals.
Dang...the underside looked worse than my 2008!, dodge in coastal Florida, that tows a boat constantly, and launches it. You should wear a hard hat under there!!

If those air scoops (the 2 parts that extend beyond the original dimensions of the diff housing) were cut off then reattached with hinges and kept in place with springs, you'll never have to worry about that high area in that deeply rutted dirt road or that big rock you can't drive around because the trees are too thick. As is, one good collision and your brand new diff cover is bent and leaking. The Banks diff cover is wonderfully engineered but it could be a little bit better.
...then again I could be just talking out of my rear end (pun intended) and have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about. Check with the manufacturer before any permanent/irreversible modifications are made.
BTW, your Dodge build looks clean.

Maybe get a can of spray wax and apply it the diff cover probably help the dirt and grime from sticking. I was gonna suggest that maybe a shot gun cleaning kit would work good for cleaning in between the cooling fins when the time comes.

I noticed something that i absolutely hate about this cover .... As a retired heavy equipment operator/ truck driver... I wouldn't want the cover to extend past the border of the differential like the 2 lower corners.if you are going over some rocks it sure looks like you could smack them and crack the nice cover and then have problems.I don't understand why they would allow the cover to overhang like that.
Look sharp with the color match but it makes you look like you should pull your brakes get them powder coated the same color Sharp looking vehicle good taste

I didn't notice anything but when I added it my truck only had 28k miles on it. It did it to increase the longevity of the pump and hydra boost system.

I used about 4 cans. I got 6 to be safe. I only did one coat. One coat will last and look fine. It's super durable

Coating will flake off within a year. It will leak and you have to buy a custom print gasket to repair it.
I would put on a line of that black gasket sealer like I've been using for over 40 years without any leaks. That little rubber gasket looked like it had very little sticking out to seal real good.
