Do you have updated videos on tuning a stock 2500 6.0? Looking to tune my 2004, wasn’t sure on timing and if this is still how you’d recommend everything fuel related.

Awesome content these days tunes right here make gains that seem huge.

You can log horsepower, look up goat rope garage and see how he does it if you want to. Be cool to log hp and see if there is a difference in stock tune and what you did in this video for power enrichment if you haven’t modified it already. Great video btw

Your power enrichment is a split up between your operating afr and your downshifting assistant. You set up your pedal position to activate at 30%. You will downshift at that percentage which is kinda annoying in my experience. Your afr/e.q. Ratio is your power enrichment to add additional fuel richer than stoich. It’s a split. I set mine at 80%. My eq ratio is stock up to 3k rpm’s because then you are out of normal operating rpm’s unless your boosted my top end is 1.250 starting at around 4800 my mid range is around 1.280 at 4400. Just some thoughts. Be safe

@@BoostedStreetJunk. Ok sounds great. The more I monkey around with hptuners I discover more to set free to get horses. I also learned from UA-cam about the sensitivity of your oxygen sensors. If you find what I’m saying, at stock it’s 425millivolts. To explanation about this is your upstream sensors are receiving the heat from the exhaust and creating from your sensors a signal in millivolts to your ecm communicating it’s lean and needs fuel to match your commanding afr. I turned my down to like 315millivolts and that surging had disappeared because it has a quicker response to add more fuel because the heat isn’t as hot as 425. Make sense. ??? Lol anyway. Find that tab and that surging at wide open throttle will be gone. Stay safe.
