A look at the best twenty gauge hunting load candidates for this season, at 50.5 yards. Test gun: Fabarm Elos 2 Elite, with factory 7/10 choke tubes. #fabarm #winchester
Hey Randy, who would've thought the shorter, cheaper shells would out perform the others? That's why you test and pattern your guns, right? Thank you again sir for showing us, not only the results, but our options as well!👍 Have a great day and a greater hunting season!
This was proven over 30 years ago on pattern testing turkey loads...... Less shot will quite often give better patterns. Less shot deformation by shoving less shot down the barrel. It is a pretty simple formula when one understands shotshell ballistics !! Thanks Randy !
Merry Christmas sir. I’m looking for the best 20GA long range (2nd shot at 45-55 yards) lead load for late season pheasant. How would the Winchester 20GA #5, 3” Long Beard or Federal Grand Slam with a Mod or IM choke at 50 yards compare to the 2-3/4” Super Pheasant Diamond Grade?
Fantastic detail randy!!! Your ahero. Share with all the kids so hinting continues! Thankyou. Thankyou , thNkyou!!!❤😂🎉
Glad you enjoyed it.
Randy, your doing the Lord's work.

The 8% antimony shot is no joke!

As always, great video! One of the better shotgun channels on UA-cam (yes I know Randy does rifles, black powder, etc. too).
Thank you.
Great demonstration Randy. I do have an old Wingmaster that’s 23/4 that I will be using more with these shells
Those Diamond Grade loads are terrific!
Looking forward to a video of you hammering a few roosters with that 1oz diamond grade 👍
Coming soon!
Any plans on testing a 7/8 load?

The Longbeard gives densest pattern, but its launch velocity of 1000 fps is too slow, so the 1-5/16 oz. buffered Grand Slams are best choice.
Do you have any experience with BOSS Shot Shells, I know they are a little pricey but I am told they are awesome.
They are a very long ways from awesome.
