To me the order would go something like TSS, Lead, Bismuth, steel. I shoot 12 g bismuth #3 for duck hunting. It is a price thing but one of the bigger benefits of bismuth to me is it will not damage a barrel just like lead, But both steel and tungsten are terrible for barrels.

Not really. Only large diameter steel (BBB or larger) at high velocities (1500 fps and up) creates a problem in a modern 4140 barrel.
