any price limit for the unit to purchase as for SGporean buyers? meaning can we buy units as low as shown in this video e.g. 175kSGD. or are we 'forced' to buy units only above a certain price quantum like 1mil ringgit?
The view overlooking Singapore is quite nice. RM600k for a 471 sqft apartment? That's quite steep! But I understand looking at the seaview. Full marble in the toilets, that's nice. A lot of condos in JB don't give this.

This developer intends to drag the refund of deposit to forever. We cancel the purchase in beginning of May2024. They said they will use 6 months to refund the deposit. Ridiculous!!! After waited for 4 months, they said they update their computer system and no longer issue refund since August. It means the refund will drag forever. They can play many patterns and keep dragging the refund. Do you think this is the RELIABLE developer??? BE CAREFUL when you make the decision of purchasing. This is no joke.
For the price , the interior looks bear , the door frames looks cheapo and the laminates for the kitchen looks obiang. Conclusion grossly over priced. Mind you the median price for JB condo is only Rm 600. For the price you are selling much more is expected!!!!
Looking at the condo, how to do grocery/parcel or grab delivery if needed? Also, the last layout V5. looks like no fridge space for kitchen.

From developer can be below RM1mil. Some projects can sell to foreigner below RM1mil. Resale then yes RM1mil or higher
As of now Phase II is fully sold? last block near the sea also long wait list?

JB is a lot more lively than Singapore! And this comes from a Brit. And the lush forest areas compliment it… at least the people there are happier.

unfortunately their Finance team abit overworked on this process. But as far as we can tell, everyone receives back their refund.... in time.
