Lovely design, the genkan is genius. To push this design even further, I would've merged the WC and shower, and put the entrance at the utility to make entering the WC more discreet. This then opens up the possibility for a kitchen island in place of the glass partition, making the space even more open.
The design is definitely a blend of functionality and style, making every space work efficiently. As for the hanging wardrobe, it's cleverly integrated, maximizing the available space without compromising on practicality.

The sea view is separated by the public main corridor, so in essence, to consider it as a seaview unit is quite forcefully. Nevertheless, the proximity to East Coast beach is a + point.
Feels spacious and it's a unique open concept, but where's the wardrobe and storage for coats or bigger items? I also wonder about the lack of privacy when there's no door to the bedroom. Sound insulation doesn't seem so great with just curtains as a separator. (same goes for front entrance)
it's probably by the laundry/utility area coz they said it functions as an area for getting dressed too or something like that. agree w/ you about there being no door to the bedroom haha

great idea. however. the utility room wall in this apartment typically cannot be knocked down as it is a structural support wall.
