@@redpillyoass5894 I get where you are coming from but that is what an adversarial justice system is SUPPOSED to be. Cases like this arent supposed to go to trial, the problem isnt really the prosecution and how they act in this case. Its that the prosecution went forward with the case.

As a law student myself I was a bit puzzled by their lack of objections but clearly they knew what they were doing and I’ve watched this video (and a few of their cross examinations) over and over like 5 times to try and learn some tips and tricks lol
You need to go back and watch the motion hearings and the shit the state tried to pull and how UNICEP and his lawyer were trying to influence motions, and pay attention to the Judges. you will learn alot of law there.
I love these defence attorney's.. they were well prepared for this case. They made sure they had all of the evidence from every source, they made sure there were expert witnesses, they made sure the state witnesses were cross-examined and shown to be liars such a Grosskreutz and his friend. They truly believed in their client's innocence and made sure everyone who took the time to watch this trial in its entirety would too. The Prosecution was ill-prepared, they speculated so much because they knew their case was weak... they tried demeaning the witnesses they knew they couldn't use accusing them of all sorts of things even though they weren't on trial. The fact that Binger kept rolling his eyes and acting surprised during the defense closing arguments shows he would do anything to make his case even if it means acting as if he didn't say and do these things. Thank God Kyle Rittenhouse had these lawyers on his side or he would most likely be started a life sentence for this tragic event.
I can't say these defense was great. One of them was great at cross examining but the defense made a LOT of mistakes and didn't object to a lot of key issues like they should have. The reality is that the prosecution was completely inept and was pushing to try a case they had no business bringing to trial in the first place. The prosecution's own key witnesses constantly contradicted the prosecution and their narrative when the prosecution was questioning the witnesses themselves. If you want a better idea of how the defense messed up multiple times, look up and watch the videos from Rakita Law of the entire Rittenhouse Trial. There were MULTIPLE lawyers questioning the defense on multiple occasions.

Not hard to imagine since one of there titles were “ Judge dismisses Firearm charges based on a technicality ” 🤦♀️They forgot to say the Technicality happens to be the LAW.
Yeah, then Grosskreutz would have felt more comfortable "standing his ground" and shooting Kyle in self-defense instead of putting his hands in the air and trying to surrender while simultaneously trying to back up as Rittenhouse had that AR barrel pointed at him from 3 feet away after reloading it so he could nearly blow the guy's arm off. Could've saved his bicep that way, right? Hard to get replacement biceps.

@JL LJ yeah the defense is horrible but it’s a clear case of self defense so his incompetence shouldn’t end up stopping an innocent person from walking
The most sensible thing would have been to tell everyone to run and haul ass because they thought an "active shooter" was coming. Real potential active shooters were probably watching these videos like "holy shit I should have been out there it would have been easy".
So why didn't Kyle attempt to "disarm" all those people he shot and killed by "asking" THEM (politely, one would hope) to drop THEIR weapons (skateboard, bag of laundry, Glock held up in the air in an attitude of surrender, etc.) before he killed and/or blew their biceps off??? Nice try though. Another high IQ commenter on here. LOL

@@paulhickey3922 rape is self defense?
Normally my instincts would tell me if there is a guy with a gun that I can see i should go the opposite direction.
@@paulhickey3922 False equivalence you dunce XD
They did not want him to make it to the police line alive. That is exactly what these scum had on their minds.
This isnt the trial of an individual, it's the trial of the justice system vs the media
That prosecutor was the worst! This was 100% self defense.
I wonder if Binger thinks Trump colluded with Russia? LOL
Most rational people think Kyle is innocent and I agree. However, never underestimate jury intimidation.
Even if the jury is intimidated I believe the judge can over rule that and call for a mistrial with prejudice. Meaning Kyle walks free
@@rubinmaballs9055 I hope you are correct.
Pray for one….. we only need one. More would be better but one brave, stubborn person to insist they wont find him guilty!!!
@@rubinmaballs9055 that is also an option

If Kyle is found guilty then what it will say is, “this is why you don’t go out and try to help” we need more people like Kyle, seriously.
They are trying to send a message that we are no longer allowed to defend ourselves against terroristic behavior! Forget that! UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL

A kid was protecting his town from vandals. One of the vandals got mad at the kid for being on the side of good and attacked him. The kid defended himself.
The mob went after the kid for defending himself and he defended himself against two more vandals.
The state being on the side of the vandals decided to prosecute the kid for defending himself and foiling some vandalism.
Why is the state on the side of vandals? The leftist media has brainwashed the American public into believing that vandals are heroes.
@@rocky3268 America is one of (if not the only) the last places where someone can defend themselves and speak freely on any subject. This case is making the argument that a riot can have the backing from the local government, and people have no right to self defense from the mob. We are also going to see speech restrictions slowly increase. It’s not a huge deal to a lot of people because they live in bs countries or bs states where people are already disarmed and unable to talk about the group doing all of this stuff.

It looks like Binger actually believes the shit he is trying to sell the jury
Regardless of if he believes it or not, that’s his job...
@@BrohammadAli Its his job to put forward a bad case. I hope his paycheck is recinded.
I actually found him to sound very apathetic. Like he doesn’t really care for any other reason than career.
Looks like he doesn't believe what he's saying. It's just his Job
He’s used to eating shit.
I can't even believe they brought this to trial after watching hours of the prosecution. Thank God he got justice
Most major " news " outlets didn't cover the defense closing argument. Good job 👍
They can't, they are liberal propaganda.
They are the biggest criminals involved. There should be "mostly peaceful protest" in front of their news stations.
@@Amanda-nu9zk remove the label for the target tribe and you’re much warmer
It’s just propaganda. The left and right things is the propaganda itself
@@CoercedJab you are incorrect. being either left or right leaning doesn't say anything about being either liberal or conservative. these 2, are totally different spectrums.
Good Job Mr Richards defending Kyle Rittenhouse.
Here's what the defense closing should have been: "Your Honor, we're all set. Give the case to the jury so we can get home."
Sure, if you want to see Kyle in jail 🙄
The defense closing was a slaughter, Richards did great
This prosecutor had no interest in seeking the truth, only to further his political aspiration by throwing Kyle under the bus. Thank God for video, facts of the case, and the adherence of the law by the jurors. I just hope Kyle will be able to have a semi-normal life after all this.
The only mistake in this entire scenario is placing a 16yr old kid in the eye of a storm. But Kyle didn’t come there to kill. Bc he clearly ran for his life…🤷🏾♂️ Who chases someone with an assault rifle..? This is pandemonium.
just here to correct wrong usage of word "assault rifle"
wether or not a rifle can be classified as an "Assault rifle" depends on its capabilities.
if the rifle is capable of fully automatic fire by the pressing of the trigger, it is an assault rifle.
Kyles AR-15 is not capable of fully automatic fire, nor "select fire" (which just means you can swap between Semi-automatic and Fully-automatic).
if you have heard people refer to kyle rittenhouse's gun as an "assault rifle" they are at best wrong, and at worst - purposefully lying.
Wasn’t Kyle 17 at the time?
