The daughter testified, her little brother dropped a lego, and it fell to basement. She went to get it, there was a black office chair with wheels. There was rope and duct tape. I don't know if that is how he moved the body, but I suspect that it had SOMETHING to do with the crime. My husband broke his ankle. I am abt 110 lbs. He was about 240 (we were both in Marines so in good shape) I was able to easily wheel his much bigger body. He was medicated, so it was dead weight too. J/s an office chair with wheels can he fashioned into a wheelchair. 👌

I really do not understand how so many people are saying there is not enough evidence to give a guilty verdict. The prosecution laid out extremely clearly how the chances for all of those coincidences of unluckiness to happen for someone falsely accused of murder is virtually impossible (which I agree). There are so many points that are unexplainable that point to his guilt. I really think people do not understand that circumstantial evidence is no less compelling than direct evidence and they make sure to make that very clear to the jury every trial. Usually using an example such as when you entered an office building it was sunny and after you have been inside for an hour and you come back outside everything is wet and there are puddles on the ground a reasonable person can conclude that it rained without actually seeing the rain. I feel like since there is so much CCTV and other electronic evidence nowadays if people don’t see you on camera almost literally doing the act they say there is not enough evidence. Circumstantial evidence is as equal of importance to direct evidence and when you put it all together it tells a complete story that any reasonable person can see, without reasonable doubt (not without any doubt- without reasonable doubt) that this crime was committed by the defendant.
