The worst is when I’m reading over the label and everything is looking good…and then I spot the dreaded natural flavors 💀 Then I have to determine if I want to call/start googling or just put the product back on the shelf 😅 I hope one day our food labeling laws can be updated to better accommodate people with celiac and others with gluten issues! Also, I took your free label reading class a while ago when I was first diagnosed and it was truly a lifesaver for me. Thank you again for creating such helpful free resources like your label reading class, Instagram posts, and UA-cam videos alongside your paid resources. You rock!
Oh and I also loveeee sour candy and I’m a big fan of Reese’s peanut butter cups (especially because they actually put “gluten free” on their products! Makes my life way easier 😂)
