Thanks for all the great feedback and kind words I really appreciate it. I've just uploaded a video for my 2nd figure so if you want to see more messy marines I suggest checking that out ua-cam.com/video/PXAD4YVip8A/v-deo.htmlsi=_vL5mB5RkEzrpwx4
Hello mate! Seasoned painter here and I think he looks fantastic! I know what you mean about the price of them. They're insanely pricey. You sound like you're from England (like me :)) so if you want to get kits and such best places are element games or weyland as they sell minimum 15% cheaper or warbay (they specialist in buying peoples stuff so quite often at a 50% discount!). p.s. dropped you a sub! Looking forward to seeing more content :)
I subbed as well to see the progress after watching some tutorials. Only advice I'm going to give is: Thin your paints. I look forward to seeing the next Marine.
@@AlmightyTooth Thanks! I can't wait to paint the 2nd, thining the paints sounds good. it's something thats been coming up a lot in tutorials so it must make a big difference
@TailsandTrails-y5m thinning your paint does make a huge difference. We all do it differently. I use 1 drop water for every 2 drop of paint. I also put rubbing alcohol in my paint water. Just a little. It will slow the drying time and make your paint go on smooth.

That’s pretty good. My first miniature is currently a brutalius dreadnought
Should have started with something smaller
@@Itsofficallyjoever I was going to say, I've just google what that is and it's barely "mini" haha

Buddy thats not bad for your first.
Thanks Man! I'm starting the 2nd tonight and I can't wait
My biggest issue with the whole entire video.... and it makes me cringe..... you had a pepsi instead of a Coke a Cola. Keep up the work though.
Oh you're going to hate my newest video and I'm not even sorry 😆
