- Holy Moly 100K followers on IG??!! And almost there on Facebook, 97K! 😮🥳 I am so grateful to all of you sharing my mission to help the world heal from chronic diseases. It feels like a big milestone, and blows my mind!
I never planned to be a public figure, I just wanted to share my knowledge and the path to real wellness with the world, and the truth has spread like wildfire! I have never paid for followers or big ads. I just keep teaching, keep helping people heal, and my reputation has grown purely organically and usually by word of mouth, one person to another.
One day, I hope what I teach is so normal and mainstream, that I only use social media for vacation pictures because I get more time off, but until then, I will keep teaching, coaching and motivating you to take back your health and enjoy your life!

Congratulations, Dr. Brooke! I never miss my smoothie prep- I get 7 to 8 cups using my 25 yr.old Vitamix ( hope it stays working!) and I feel wonderful drinking it- it is also delicious. I went from 360 Diltiazem to 120 and recovered from badly swollen legs so I don't need compression socks anymore.
