  • Trying to reverse your disease but not seeing results?
First, make sure you are looking for any sign of healing, not just the one you want most. Healing doesn’t always start in the spot you want it to.
Also, sometimes the first stage of healing makes people feel worse before they feel better, so give it time!
Make sure you give yourself time to get it right and get results! It can take longer trying to do it on your own than when I am looking over your shoulder making sure you get it right.
The video has an often overlooked issue in recovery.

Between helping my mentally ill daughter with personality disorder, raise my grandkids, and 12 years of hot flashes every two hours all thru the night, my stress is off the charts from her attacks that I can’t walk away from because of my grandkids, and Not sleeping more than two hours straight for 12 years because of relentless hot flashes, my MG is pretty hard to beat. Been on the cruciferous and flaxseeds for a year now but I can’t walk away from my grandkids or the hot flashes.

I found that eating Sam’s club chicken completely stopped hot flashes. Really. Don’t know if they still use all the same hormones, bc this was a while ago. No chicken, hot flashes were back.

I’m in the same boat, daughter with mental health issues and grandchildren. I don’t have hot flashes, but pain from rheumatoid keeps me awake.

That's tough. You need support. Your body is basically telling you it can't deal with the situation as it is. I can imagine you may be too stressed to find ways to change your circumstances, but I do think that would be the way forward.

Could your program help reduce the symptoms of peripheral neuropathy in a 70 year old?

If the nerves have been killed then there may not be reversal but she's had a lot of people with that improve. Did you look at Smoothie Shred?

@@WeCelebrateEatingPlants thanks for responding. It's for my dad. He's just started watching dr g and taking baby steps. I think he would benefit from the group but wondering if the age factor makes it too late. "Normal part of aging" his doctors say

@rachelburroughs2383 I don't practice the protocol. It's not because I don't believe it would help but because I don't need it right now. But I wanted to address the "normal part of aging." It's never too late! That's a pretty typical response from doctors when they don't know what to do. Your dad is only 70. He could have 20 good years left! He has nothing to lose by trying the protocol. I'm 67 and I would definitely try it if I needed it.

Yes but he has to give up meat and dairy and gluten and oils and just eat fresh raw vegan fruit and veggies and nuts and seeds and melons and berries and seaweeds and lentils.
