I think that when you go to a Tool concert that its not just the music but the whole experience of music, sound, lights, crowed, film presentation ect. Hats off to a group that has made them self original

I have only seen Tool twice, once in 2018 and then 2022 FI tour. I pray I get hear both Third Eye and Lateralus live at some point in the future.
Great that there is someone willing to record it on their phones, then being into the Tool experience. Saw them in 2002 and couldn't stand still. Next day my body felt like it was in a skiing accident. My brain was bruised with numbing surprise and my soul was exalted into a sea of blissful awareness.
Loved that ten minutes of WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA about three quarters of the way through.
Absolutely at the forefront of modern progressive metal !!!! I saw Zep at 16 yrs old n Floyd at 17 and in 1977 and I can say these guys inherited the crown . They fuckin rock and have a message . Think for yourself !!!! These guys are such great musicians and it's amazing when you take into account that their message is so timely . Listen up kids ... these guys are the shit for real !!!! No bout a doubt it ! They'll be noted by history for their contribution to music .... and consciousness !!! Long live TOOL !!!

dude they are one of the best live bands on earth all instruments are top and the vocals sound even better
I've seen them like ten or eleven times. The stage presence of Maynard and its progression has changed so much. From when I first saw him, with that crazy mullet. To the time they played at radio city and he stood behind a curtain behind danny the whole time and all you saw was his shadow. To when he was painting shit on his face, performing basically naked and going insane during the shows. The times I've seen them since 06, he just chills in jeans and doesn't go nuts like he used to.
Was totally at this concert... The best concert of my life. Can't wait for the new album!
Not to toot my own horn, but seen them about 25 times since 98, and this is by far the best Aenima has ever sounded.

This is ridiculously GOOD! I saw them in Sydney last year and I am not going to any more concerts again, coz I want to be able to say this was the last one I ever saw
The greatest thing about seeing tool live; In 1998, I saw them while I was on a good trip with acid. In 2003 I saw them sober and still had the same great euphoric experience.

seeing tool is a spiritual experience. you truly feel connected to everything and everyone and understand exactly what you are and where you are going. or at least it did it for me.
Without a doubt one of the greatest moments of my life.
Even the crowd before the show started! One pre-show scream of excitement spread like wildfire to everyone else!

Tool is one of my all time favorite bands of this style that not only sound amazing, but also has the ability to take you on a journey of the mind and soul.
Thank you for recording this and sharing as you have. I was on row 8 on the floor and was also at the show in Vancouver the night before. 2009 my son and I flew to Toronto and went to the concert as well as Kingston the night before. Incredible shows !!

They're all incredibly talented. I wish people gave as much respect to Danny, Adam, and Justin as they do to Maynard. The way their play is killer deserve as much respect. They ALL wrote these songs.
Tool did a US tour in 2009, 2010, and 2012 and are supposedly playing in Japan in May (the band hasn't confirmed this on their site, but other sources have)

i use to be a diehard tool concert goer back in the days of 30-50 dollar pit area.. got 5 of thoes under my belt. now its like 80 dollars for nosebleed.. if im paying 80 dollars for an hour of what ive been waiting probably months if not years to see, id want to record it too.
