Found your video VERY handy. You think you're bad with physics? Just installing the shift kit here, and couldn't figure out WTF from the printed directions included with the kit. Your great closeups and round the horn tour made it a lot easier, what with a picture being worth a thousand or so words. It's on the bike now, and all I gots to do is adjust it.

I pulled the trigger and ordered this shifter through Ural of New England. Got 10% off during the demo days and free shipping. Just waiting for it to come back in stock. My question is, was this a real pain in the ass to install? My one fear that I have is not yet removing the gas tank. No one on UA-cam has a gas removal video.I've read through how to do it and looked at step by step pics so I think that will be the hardest part. What about removing the remove shifter lever? Everyone says to be careful not to bend it. I have a puller so I should be able to get it out safely. I look forward in hearing your thoughts.
