3 simple hip mobility exercises for hip arthritis

- Loosen up your tight hips 🙌🏼
I prefer movements such as these instead of static stretches as movement also can increase blood flow and help to give you more bang for your buck 👏🏼
5-15 repetitions of each is likely enough but it really depends on how it feels for you. If you are super tight, start with lower repetitions ☝🏽
These movements should not flare up pain significantly- if they do, you may not be ready for these…yet ☝🏽
Even if you don’t “feel” tight- you may notice these are harder than you thought. Especially if you are dealing with Vance pain- these might be helpful to try!

I have been suffering with intense hip pain for 2 weeks. It affects every part of my waking hours. I have to wait 2 more weeks to see my Doctor’s assistant! I tried your exercises 30 minutes ago & felt immediate relief…pain went from 10 to 3 or 4. Thank you doesn’t begin to express my gratitude!

@@bratgirlrules8094 I fell twice! The first time in May 30th 2023,
And I hit my ankle and the ER did X-rays and blood work and they told me arthritis! The second time I fell even harder on the ground and this time it was on my knees and my chest and legs went in opposite directions when I fell! And keep in mind that I’m obese so we fall hard! I had more X-rays done and they said Osteoarthritis in both knees , ankles , hips, left thigh and back! I’m bed bound now because of it, and i need PT so I’ll walk again! On top of this the pain is too intense, I’d rate it a 10/10 and the dr refuses to prescribe any pain meds! I also suffer from heart failure, COPD and high blood pressure! Etc……. 🥹🥹🥹🥹
My Doctor is a pain in the A$$, he thinks I’m lying but my home care NP told him she’s not lying because I’ve seen her and she is bedbound!
I’m sorry if I’m rambling! Please ray for me so I’ll get the care that I need from a good doctor!

Thanks once again. You hit the nail on the head again with exercises us used up souls can do. I get some relief from them, but I see I need to get dedicated in a routine. It seems that I get more pain in the late hours after I've been asleep. And I think that's where I wake up with Hughes stiffness in knees ,hips lower back neck. WHAT do you suggest for a sleeping position and exercise or movement in moments you wake up in pain while remaining in bed.

I do the side to side when I brush whats left of my teeth, really helps my hips. I have a block of wood(6inch wide by 4inch high by 8inch long) I put one foot on it when I circle my other foot, a large brick would work, try it, it feels good.

Just did that excise while doing disher was in terrible lower back pain and just as you mentioned hips buttocks and legs started getting headache too and fever thank you so mush will definitely try this❤

Great starches It really helps a lot with my hips stiffness I want to ask you can I take magnesium citrate for muscle stiffness I am not sure please help I feel low energy because of this my leg and foot is also paining
If, and I do mean IF, you can: Try increasing holds of horse stance. Definitely not just for quads. Even starting out with 5-10 seconds and increasing as you can will help.

How about ankles that feel jammed and they crack and hurt , then the knees can hurt at times with the mussels from the knees Down hurting .
I saw another channel saying it’s tight mussels in lower leg that causes this .
