Another clip stated the pilot was dismissed. Maybe a briefing, about how to pull that off again. The bigger the plane, the bigger the impact of crosswind. The crab walk probably isn't mentioned in airline training A380, and he did recover from a "bounce" landing but still using appropriate rudder. I don't see a lot of hard right or left.
There would have been a captain and first officer debrief after that one. It was scary, the passengers must have been shaken a bit. But a safe landing is better otter outcomes
Both pilots should’ve been grounded after this landing!! This was extremely unsafe and they weren’t properly setup for this landing!! Amount of rudder input shows their incompetence and inexperience landing this A380 in extreme crosswind.
